I found it was listed for sale in late January 2025 with a local realtor, just two months before Diggs signed with the Patriots. It’s now off market.

The judgement against McDonald's wasn't a judgement on the lady's merits. Total fool or not, McDonald's had been warned a whole bunch of times that their coffee was too hot. Literally hundreds of times. This was the court system finally getting fed up.

nice little shack. too bad i couldn't handle getting my ass kicked a little more....you never know. but who's kidding who. i was fast but not fast enough....i was big but not big enough and i was tough but not tough enough so now i'm in a little house in san diego. never been to dedham. is it all like this ? i mean i know the nice places like the w's wellesley, weston, wayland, westwood maybe waltham.... i know lincoln sudbury, dover, newton but never really connected dedham to those. considering a move back.

Based on real estate prices in SD and depending on how much equity you have in your place there, I'm thinking you could probably afford something pretty nice here.

Hope so, but separate cases, and I think in different courts. Believe I read the lawyer had a conflict on the date Diggs was originally scheduled to be in court. I know Barmore is scheduled for a different date so might not have as strong an argument for rescheduling. Need to keep our fingers crossed.
