Cowboys Released Diggs CB

Typically most people have home surveillance outside not inside.. I have vivint myself and it only offer outside security surveillance..
Sound surveillance possibly could be at play if he has it it in the main living area, per se. Or if it was loud enough and could be heard outside. Even that gets messy though.

Krafty Bob knew whatever Diggs told them. The alleged victim filed a police report 2 weeks after the alleged incident. In MA police reports are subject to FOIA.
2 weeks later after the "incident." I'm less inclined to take her side of this

Let's see how Krafty Bob plays this one....He cut Antonio Brown asap. He employed Christian Peter, a known woman beater. Krafty wants to be loved by all and i think he'll ****can Diggs if the media or his ownership pals press him on it
He never employed Christian Pater. Pats drafted him and renounced his rights a week later.

He acknowledged that something happened between them. He told her there is still time to not go through with the request for criminal charges and that what occurred was "not that big of a deal." A lawyer would present that to a jury.
Maybe. Other way is maybe it really wasn't that big of a deal. To be fair "he said, she said" cut's both ways but waiting two weeks? There's people that do horrible things from both sides (assault and fraud) and if delay gets added in it just makes everything less likely.

A lot of you are downplaying this report. I think the NFL may suspend him and the Patriots would most likely try to get ahead of that. They don't want this alleged strangulation constantly mentioned during the playoffs when a lot more people are tuning into the games.
For goodness' sakes, let's not be naive.

The Patriots have been, are, and will continue to be pariahs since the merger in 1970 and forever.

99% of people in this country believe the Patriots 'cheated'.

Precedent for other teams does not apply to the Patriots.

And Collinsworth is still announcing, and if you listened during the Ravens game he hasn't and won't ever change.

So a multi millionaire didn’t want what would equate to a few hours from his paycheck to be paid to a personal chef….and he choked her out for it etc etc…..I’m gonna have to think something’s a bit shady with this. A rational person would’ve paid her just to get her out of his place. And if she wanted to extort him later? They could’ve written something up in her termination letter to try and stop it ahead of time I’d think. I know I’m going to get shade not taking her side….but I really hope he isn’t so batshit cray and didn’t do this. Talk about being stupid if he did in fact do it for what equates to almost nothing imo.

These dudes need a live in lawyer on hand 24/7 so they can do all the hr **** and witness everything…jfc.

Phlemger and Spazz will be tearing this up in 15 minutes.
Phil Perry sounds like he's gagging on a **** just trying to discuss it.
Perry must be loving this, he of the "Diggs is a pain in the posterior" quote

Very true. Good points. From what I've followed on the situation it's resulting over there's that word again.. MONEY.. typically whenever someone gets fired from any contractual agreement they feel like they are owed..

he could use his bonus to pay the “victim”

I’m not gonna victim blame. But my goodness, if you are a victim in that type of situation, you at minimum gotta be getting photo evidence of that happening. Thats the part that’s fishy to me.

There’s no way Diggs choking and slapping her wouldn’t have left some physical proof.

Initially i thought that as well.. however his attorney currently is in dedham court right now and reportedly his arrangement is getting pushed back to March.. also it mentioned they are working on a compensation agreement with the accuser.

The delay is incredibly common. I'm sure people who deal with this all the time know the delay is typical in all these cases.

Lol Hill is a bad guy for sure but Diggs doesnt fall behind unfortunately lots of POS behavior that he has in the past.
Call it what it is Sam's right if he weren't a Patriot we'd be killing him

Go ahead and list the "POS Behavior" you're referring to..
