Listening on weei mentioned his attorneys are currently in dedham district court. That typically means something is likely to be worked out prior to his arraignment.

Domestic issues are always complex things.

Ideally his attorneys can push that out at least 3 weeks so it takes place the week after the Super Bowl. That way it does not impact his work whatsoever.

Based on the fact that the gender of the victim is not mentioned, I am going to assume this is not a domestic violence situation. Therefore, I am going to further assume that this is not a commissioner's exempt list type of thing and he will be able to play until the case sorts itself out.

Unfortunately, it looks like his hearing is two days before the AFCCG which is not great, especially if they make it there and have to travel to Denver to play in it.

Given his relationship with this team I believe they will rally around him. However if he's convicted Kraft will tell Vrabel to release him. After what happened with Edelman I think people need to let it all play out before passing judgement. So far all we know is that he might be charged.

Huck: Diggs was the last person we wanted to hear something like this about. Many here was not happy on his original signing. He's making George Pickens look like a Saint Bernard horribly timing.

They have known about this for almost a month, and playing at a high level throughout that period, so it hasn't harmed them in any way.

This is the kind why i posted that i didn't like the signing back in the summer. My impression of him was he didn't make good decisions off the field. I have been surprised at what a good team player and player hes been up until now

Can Boston police over react with charges?
Went and verified with a source and this was indeed his chef. He made a decision to go separate ways and the break up turned a bit physical where he pushed him out of his house.
We shall see how this goes but I believe this is not going to an issue so please hold on with your disappointment and judgment.
