The Evil Empire is back. Everything is proceeding as planned. Now the league shall face the full power of the dark side.
Easy boss…Allen is hard to kill. They are still in the playoffsThe Pats won the East again before the Allen/McDermott Bills regime even made it to the Superbowl lmao
I don't know, the "been there, won that" slogan is leaning into villainy a bit.No, please don't start with that old, tired BB-era "evil empire dark side" nonsense. This is a new regime -- positive, good and righteous. The Power of the Force.

I don't think they'll 'test' the rules like Belichick did, I just meant that that slogan is kind of designed to, or at least is likely to, piss everyone else off. They're not going for humility. I like it - we'll end up the villain anyway in the eyes of everyone else so why not lean into it a bit.I don't see it that way. My point is the whole "dark side" thing was so rooted in BB-era perceived rules-bending (cameragate, deflategate) and anti-league office stuff that is behind us now. I can't see Vrabel/Maye as being part of that evil-and-dark shtick. It just doesn't fit.
