Any of those 3 are fine by me.The reports are they want a high profile reclamation project. Kyler Murray is the name being thrown around. Maybe Mac Jones. But I could totally see Tua.

This is a dangerous game - but only because we can't afford any more injuries.
It seems we're going to be quite short handed, which is going to make it more dangerous for Maye.
I hope some of these injuries from last night aren't too serious - especially Boutte, Davis, Moses, Tonga.
Pop quietly had a head injury too - but I'm actually hopeful that KW can take his snaps and see if he can take a leap in the last few weeks. But, if Spillane and Williams can get back to practice this week, whether they play in NY isn't as important, but get the rust knocked off before finale.
Gonna be hard to do that if Tonga and Farmer are both injured and can't go.. You think that the Pats can handle the Jets with Barmore, Pharms, Gregory, Durden and Lovett?I would let him practice but not play him this week.
Rumors are already flying that Miami is ready to move on from Tua. Wouldn't be surprised to see him sent packing for a 2nd round pick..The reports are they want a high profile reclamation project. Kyler Murray is the name being thrown around. Maybe Mac Jones. But I could totally see Tua.
He will be cut.Rumors are already flying that Miami is ready to move on from Tua. Wouldn't be surprised to see him sent packing for a 2nd round pick..
They would have to give up a 2nd round pick to get another team to take that albatross of a contract.Rumors are already flying that Miami is ready to move on from Tua. Wouldn't be surprised to see him sent packing for a 2nd round pick..
You know what, that actually does feel like a very Jetsy thing to happen, doesn’t it? Especially with no really good QBs in the draft next year. They’ll be sitting there with a couple 1st rounders, potentially even 1st overall, and no QB to draft - so they’ll turn to Tua on the free agent market, who will promptly retire in camp.
The Fins can’t cut him until post-June to spread the cap hit, and even then it’s insane. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were forced to keep him like Atlanta and Cousins. He will be cut.
I think they’ll assume a lot of the hit like we did with Duggar. They would have to give up a 2nd round pick to get another team to take that albatross of a contract.
EDIT- BrockOsweiler......reference- traded with a 2nd rounder for a 7th rounder IIRC
This was so nicely put, I read it in my head with Morgan Freeman's voice. No one becomes a Jets fan. They're born into it and have to fight their way free. And when they get free, all they can do is mourn the ones left behind and hope that someday they find their own way free.
The “Greatest Show On Turf” had a .363 SOS…Nobody will care in the long run..SOS is actually a recorded stat on BSPN NFL standings.
Pats only team with SOS below .400
They'll probably put an asterisk on it if we go all the way
I wholeheartedly agree with them on one thing: Woody always gives garbage coaches too much time. It's always 2+ years no matter how bad they are. Toilet Bowles, Gase, all of them. You can bet Glenn will get that too.
That's something I've learned to respect about the Krafts. There's no point bending over and losing more time with a clownshow because of some misguided sense of fairness. Cut your losses and move ahead.
What I will say is we must be on point on special teams. The jets are pretty good in that regard. Other than that…13-3..

Aren’t the jets technically always a bad team tanking???…Jets are a bad team tanking. I can't imagine a better situation for us.
Some of the worst names imaginable to play in the cold and wind, Tua and Mac Jones are noodle armed who can't play in those type of elements and Kyler Murray is a midget loser. The reports are they want a high profile reclamation project. Kyler Murray is the name being thrown around. Maybe Mac Jones. But I could totally see Tua.
They can cut him anytime in the new league year, they just have to designate him as a “post June 1st cut”. Basically this lets them cut a guy as if he had been released after June, without needing to carry him the whole time. The Fins can’t cut him until post-June to spread the cap hit, and even then it’s insane. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were forced to keep him like Atlanta and Cousins.
