Caleb is usually sh*t most of the game but when the game is on the line he makes the play he needs to make.

Drake Maye is lights out most of the game but when the game is on the line he tends to not play his best. We have the best offense in football by advanced metric in the 1st half but we have a bottom 3rd offense in the second half. It seems that we also can’t win a game when we are trailing heading into the 4th quarter.

Does that mean that Drake Maye stinks? No but it’s a little c concern. Drake Maye has yet to prove he can win a game we have no business winning.

There is a clutch factor people are starting to wonder about. Brady had it. Allen has it. Brady dragged teams and coaches into the W column. Is it too much to ask of Maye right now? Maybe. But the great ones do it. He is young. There is hope yet. He’s a fast learner.

With continued growth we’ll see it is my guess.
