The good news is that has been an anomaly for Maye and you can have faith it wouldn't happen in a rematch the bad news is the redzone defense has sucked all season and has showed no signs of improving and there's no guarantee the Bills wouldn't just go 5/5 again.

He wasn't really that bad because he made a lot of plays with his feet today. Two TDs and multiple runs for first down and more. His passing stats are only part of the picture for his play today.

That said, he did not have a good game overall.

The D get zero credit, if you give up 5 touchdowns in 5 drives you don't deserve any credit when you finally force 1 punt in a half.

The defense went onto the field with a 24-7 lead in the 3rd Q and gave up straight 5 touchdowns and didn't force a punt till it was 35-31 Bills.

Just saw the replay on the 4th down play. Obvious hold on Diggs right in the middle of the field. How is that a non holding call? How do the refs miss that and basically end the game for NE. I understand it’s not a given we go down the field and score, but absolutely ridiculous non call there, Diggs was literally spun around he was held so bad.

Running out of bounds was an awful decision. The first pass to hollins was behind him. The 4th and 3d down passed were uncatchable...you think Maye was good the last possession?

Frustrating loss in a game that obviously should have had a different outcome. Outscored 28-7 in the second half...just brutal.

They simply aren't deep enough defensively. Playing without Williams and Spillane really hurt them. Oh well, this is just the beginning of their rise.

His most egregious non throw today was when he pumped, then got sacked. On the replay you see Williams sitting down in the zone wide open. Thats who he pumped to...and then took the sack. Inexcusable.
