He sucked in the 2 minute, yes.

"Everyone sucked" is a little much. Henderson sucked? Really?
There was a tale of two half with Maye Today. Snapped his over 200yds passing streak: Buffalo was ready for him in the Second half.

Second half was reminiscent of a few Manning/Indy games back in the day when NE's D couldn't get off the field.

The cope in here is unbelievable...it's the refs! If Allen plays a good pass rush he's dead! This game was a big eye opener. In key situations all second half Maye looked lost. Guys were not beating man, line couldn't hold up, and there was absolutely nothing available deep. This game was the blueprint - and Buffalo didn't have their best corner. Maye needs to go back to the drawing board. I hope this is just a hiccup but if we see another panicked sub par performance from the franchise qb next week he could end up being more Mac Jones rookie year fools gold than a consistent top 5 QB. Drake Maye looked scared in the second half.
Tough to disagree

This season reminds me so much of that 2021 season.

Team and QB riding high, in contention for a playoff BYE, coming out of a late-season BYE week, after a super soft schedule, lays a complete egg.

Hopefully I’m wrong, but I don’t see any way we can go into Baltimore next Sunday night and come out with a win.
FWIW, that was a different kind of egg, with the Pats down 20-0 after three quarters.

I think they punted the first time they got it at midfield, McDermott did a coward punt from the 40.
Yup, there was a 4th kick return that ended up on the Patriots side, thanks to the facemask.

Need GB to win and Pats gotta finish the year 3-0. Miami won’t be an easy game they’ve been playing good football as of late.

Remember that time Williams had a awesome kickoff return and the refs got involved?

Is anyone going to argue that every 50/50 play didn't go against the pats?

Is this the hyperbole again?

Outside of backs coming out of the backfield I can think of maybe 2 catches where guys had more than a foot of separation. Even the drop/catch by Boutte the first drive was covered well. Buffalo did something to completely take away the outside throws, something they were supposed not good at.

The refs actually are the reason they lost.

It snot a legit penalty because he didn't MOVE the defender.

I've heard 10 million times you can grab the waist as long as you don't dictate the direction of the receiver.

Which TD did we get from a missed call?

The one on the first drive?

That's on the bills coach for not challenging it. They get no sympathy from me for not being ready to throw the flag.

Davis grabbed and you could see the receivers jersey being pulled by his waist when he came out of his break. I don't know what else to tell you but that's why it was called.

**** even catches the DB brought down were given to the WR without a slowmo replay lmao

Disappointing loss but give credit to the Bills. IMHO, the refs didn't swing the game. The old adage is that if you play well enough questionable calls don't matter. We obviously have holes on both sides of the ball that will hopefully be addressed in the off season. A place in the playoffs is still in the cards, which seemed like a far fetched pipe dream at the beginning of the season. Maye is a solid QB who is on the cusp of being a franchise QB, especially against good teams.

If you knew anything you would know I am all in on Maye. Not throwing TDs in 2 games....not a good thing to live by against a meh defense as well. He also had quite a lot of time to throw, he just didn't consistently get it done. Which is fine but they/he has to be much better if they want to move on in the playoffs.
I just don't get this fetish about throwing TDs. The goal is to score points. and comparing them to the Bills, the Bills run the ball in all the time using Allen.

If you remember the 2012 offense, one of the top in NFL history, they ran the ball in 26 times, 4 by Brady, and they did that without a great running game. It depressed Brady's #s for the MVP that season, but it made them one of the top scoring offenses in NFL history.

It was a weak call, but I can totally see why it was called. Shame too, guy had his customary 2 plays out due to injury again.

I thought I made it clear. You can do that as long as you don't prevent the receiver from getting to their spot.

No one in the entire stadium, including the bills thought that was a penalty except this one bozo ref.

Fans from every fanbase complain about the refs literally every game. So to me personally it's the boy who cried wolf. Not saying there aren't times I personally think the refs called a poor game, but when you constantly hear quite literally every fanbase saying the league is rigged against their team, you tend to ignore it. Or at least I do.

It's a boring irrelevant topic to discuss. If fans truly thought the league was rigged most wouldn't watch. Yet almost all who complain never stop watching.
It's not rigged. It's inconsistent. When you're calling defensive holds against only one team, that means you've done a poor job.

It's concerning that Maye didn't throw any TD passes the past two games. Two bad defenses.

Don't the Ravens have a bad defense too?
Good points... the bills defense is amongst the worst in the NFL..however in the second half ...the number #8 defense we have played worse.. probably the defenses worst game since week 1...
