This season reminds me so much of that 2021 season.

Team and QB riding high, in contention for a playoff BYE, coming out of a late-season BYE week, after a super soft schedule, lays a complete egg.

Hopefully I’m wrong, but I don’t see any way we can go into Baltimore next Sunday night and come out with a win.

At the time Maye had a chance to show his worth and all he came up with was a brain dead decision with the game on the line.

He should of picked the ****ing ball up and ran on both 3rd and 4th down.

He's not been using his legs for months and it's clear to me that is a active decision coming down from practice.

That's a weird one because they've also run a lot of clock and run out the game. But the 3rd quarter problems are definitely puzzling.

Reminder to everybody - even if NE loses to Baltimore next week (hopefully, they don't) - they just need wins against the Jets and Dolphins (who will probably be looking at draft standings by that point) in the final two weeks to win the division. Heck, even with a WIN against Baltimore, it may still come down to that.

The bills have TEs and let's face facts right now that is the pats weakness. Ravens are not nearly as good there and Jackson is not himself right now

That was after the Patriots defense was on the field the entire 3rd quarter thanks to those short fields.
I'm not saying you're wrong, but Drake Maye isn't why the Patriots lost.

We just faced the best QB in the league. We lost, but we beat him in the previous matchup; so we know we can win. He’s honestly the only QB I worry about in the playoffs: QB, not team. Now, we’ve been battled tested. The refs & our defense were atrocious in the second half, but I’m glad it happened so we can learn from it & be better down the stretch.
