Squeelers cut a CB (Slay); Interest?

Considering we don't have much proven talent beyond out top 5 in the secondary and maybe a veteran presence who has some gas in the tank and playoff experience could be helpful.

If Dugger looks great in Pittsburgh playing alongside Slay, why don't we bring Dugger back since he is a veteran presence with more gas in the tank than Slay?

I've always liked Duggs but hes not a fit for this D anymore. Vrabes wants DBs who can play man and LBs who can cover as well. Duggs is neither.
