Patriots Injury News Will Campbell Week 12 Injury [11/26 update: Placed on IR]

Just come back for January!

Still waiting for someone to give me an example of a guy getting carted off, towel over head, and to come back and play in 7/8 weeks. Siragusa was a suspected spine injury, thus no towel
Minus the cart & towel histrionics, the most obvious answer to the question is of course Terrell Owens... broke his foot on December 1st vs the cowboys, underwent surgery, missed four weeks, played in Super Bowl XXXIX... 9 receptions, 122 yards...

you don't come across the way you think you come across, much of the time.

Oh wait, did you think I cared about how your snowflake bum perceives how I come across? And How exactly do I think I come across? Please tell me because this is news to me.

Am wondering why you say he was near the bottom of the league as a starting LT - is that because of any specific numbers? Sacks or hurries, etc.? Or just a general evaluation?

Edit: one source I found says that before this Sunday, Campbell had allowed just one sack and 13 pressures on 234 pass-blocking snaps.
If this is accurate, why do some people insist that he is not a good LT?

Because they are morons.

Yeah I'm sorry but imma have to call BS on that. I have been assured that was an amputation level of towel on head Campbell had going on and the towel don't lie
Yep, according to a certain poster here, his knee was destroyed. I trust him. Who cares what Docs or MRIs have to say.

The Pats' defense should be able to handle the Giants' offense, then a bye week, and the current Pats OL can probably still manage against Buffalo's defense in 3 weeks. The big test will be @ Baltimore in 4 weeks, with Milton Williams still out and presumably Campbell too. They will have to get creative to squeeze out a win there, I think. After that, it's just the Jets and Dolphins.

NE's division lead should be pretty secure either way. Even if they lose the next 3 games vs NYG, BUF and BAL, and even if Buffalo sweeps the rest of their remaining schedule, as long as NE beats the Jets and Dolphins in the last two weeks, they would still have the tiebreaker win for the AFC East due to a better in-division record.
I think you are off here. Under your scenario the Bills would be 13-4 and the Pats 12-5. They need to lose only 2 games not including the Jets or Dolphins to win the tiebreaker if the Bills win out.

I see Fuzz already said this. He is correct. I did not see that when I posted this.

Not like you to leave out the best part ".. played in Super Bowl XXXIX... 9 receptions, 122 yards..." and still lost to the Pats

They all have X-Ray machines, but MRI? Do any teams have in-stadium MRI's
The Pats share a parking lot with a facility who has multiple MRIs

Yes. He needs that tent used by TO to sleep in. Krafty Bob better pony up!!

Right, I'm sure this is news to you. In your own words, you think you're not an angry person. But you go around attacking an MD for saying that an MRI is needed to diagnose a knee injury. That's angry, and you clearly don't know when you're out of bounds.

Go back to coaching your pee wee team, we're kinda on to you now.

my bad

I’m one of them. Not because he’s BAD at LT, but because I believe he could be all-time elite at G. It’s not a slight on him…it’s a compliment. Few humans on earth could be a pretty decent LT AND an elite guard.

See…Onwenu, Michael as one who can’t

Or even Joe Thuney as one who could…though Thuney isn’t at Campbell’s level as a T.

Disagree completely, you don't turn a franchise left tackle into a guard, thats crazy. Campbell has been playing like one of the best tackles in football all season, and rookie tackles usually struggle. Go find a guard in free agency or the draft, Campbell needs to stay where he is for the next 10+ years.

But I truly don't care. I wrote the truth. An MRI is not needed to determine a knee injury. An MRI is need to determine the extent of damage. Physical tests identify the injuring quickly. Would you like to debate that? lol. Its not my fault you are too stupid to know that. You could even just google it, but nope. You are too lazy.

See, this is what you do. When you have no reply you just make up an untrue argument. I have never coached pee wee in my life, unlike your wife who sees it each night. The only think you are onto is your small man syndrome.

My god, the nail biting in this forum is ridiculous. It's football, players get hurt, some come back, some don't, life goes on, next man up, get the ****ing job done. Enough with the hyperventilating about everything.
