J Andrews has been improving, outplayed Bradbury over the last 4 games, and is 26 years old (Bradbury is 30). Head scratcher why he was let go. J Andrews is cheap, young, and rising.

I am not sure Dugger is a great fit but go look at the Steelers comments. They love Dugger. Talking about Dugger being their long term starting strong safety.

Dugger still in the honeymoon phase in Pittsburgh and it's good to see him fit in.. he was a good guy when here.. Dugger is 29.. not sure how much long term they see in him?

Andrews was done.
Cardona was a good solider, but replaced with an equally effective, younger, cheaper option. That is excellent management of a roster, period.
Dugger is playing for Pitt our of necessity, and is down their depth chart just like he was here. Again, good solider but when was the last time he made a great play for the Pats?
Peppers confused me, but he looks completely washed. I questioned it at the time, but Vrabs appears to have made the right move, again.
Vrabs and the front office are doing a really good job, how could you see it any other way?

All you had to do was look at who was taking all the first team reps in camp.. it started to become clear Hawkins and Woodson were presumed by the team to have been better options... I personally believe peppers asked for his release..

That would be great.....however, those numbers would indicate a really high scoring game were we're chasing points till the end.
I would prefer 250 and a couple of TDs, and 200 rushing yards and couple of TDs on the ground from our backfield.
I know I'm being picky, if 330 and 4 TDs gets us a win, sign me up!!

True. I just selfishly want Drake to augment his MVP case by torching upcoming defenses; especially historically bad ones. Either way, a win is a win.

With Landry clearly hurting.. would be a welcome sight for Swinson or whomever across from chassion to create heavy edge pressure. We need to get after 40 year old statue joe..

J Andrews has been very good, better than Bradbury, over the last 4 games. Andrews is learning and improving since he is 26. Releasing Andrews at 26 to sign Bradbury at 30 was stupid.

The Steelers love Dugger. I can see how he was not a style fit in NE at this point, but some of the others, like J Andrews, were a mistake to release.

Cardona was the or close to the highest paid. You run an organization. You can pay a 33 year old 1.5-1.6 mill or a 23 year old 875k to do the same job with no noticeable difference. Who you choosing?

Andrews hasn’t been good, if they had a legit C line Brabury he would be on the bench like Brown is.

Did the Steelers tell you that? Every S they have except Peppers who they refuse to play are hurt. If we kept Andrews instead of Brown they would have picked up Brown and he would be starting for them. We chose the guy who didn’t miss 33 of 34 career games with injuries. Are we saying we should have kept Strange too because he is starting on a team that has no one else?

He didn’t release Andrews to sign Bradbury. He release Andrews because he didn’t want him. Also, he signed Bradbury.
Andrews want competing with Bradbury he was competing with brown, strange, Robinson, Wallace for the last OL spot.
