A question on my mind virtually every day [Would BB draft Maye]

@Ian

Well I can't see this post unless I log out. Sometimes I see thread listed in dark blue and open to a page with zero posts.

Your censorship tools suck and work backwards.

Again, I'm not censoring anybody. I've put this in the hands of the user, and it's up to them who they choose/don't choose to interact with, or who does/doesn't see their posts. As I've mentioned, as long as they're not toggling it on/off and abusing it by harassing another user, it is what it is.

Of course you are. They're your crappy tools.

Someone other than Ian or upstater prevented me from being able to see your content or upstaters. That's rediculous. The snowflake using the block will never see my response to you so why should I get censored.

And I'm pretty sure SB1 was probably messing around. He probably turned off the blocks for a second to read something and then temporarily blocked upstater thinking it was me or something like that.

All I know for sure is 2 guys who don't use your censor tools got censored.

lol you're such a bi.tch.

It is really bizarre. The analysis was really right on target. Compliments: amazing arm can make all the throws: Detractions: poor footwork, abandons the pocket too easily.

Do people really believe this is unfair?

Literally %99 of everyone said basically the same thing. Even those that might have thought Drake was better probably still put him 3rd based on what they thought Chi and Wash would do.

Everyone else says it and it means he goes 3rd. Bill says it and it means he was completely off Bill's board not even second thought.
Literally 99% of everyone. Now that is a very high percentage. Can you show everyone where you gleamed those figures from I'm sure we all shall love to see them, or you could let us have a link, that would be terribly helpful. I for one do not remember being asked.

Any content that's interacted with isn't visible to a user who is either muted (ie: If you muted a user in a thread) or blocked by that user. So any reply by them, or them quoting that person, falls under that umbrella. They're choosing not to see that content, so it shouldn't be forced on them.

And as I said in another thread, Musk took the block away but removed the ability to reply to a blocked user. I don't see the point since the end result is that there won't be an interaction, which no one here wants to watch two people snipe back and forth anyway.

I get it - I'd be annoyed if I were on someone's block list (I apparently ended up on Jim Murray's after writing a post earlier this offseason about his comments on Maye, and he apparently found out about it). I was surprised and disappointed, but I didn't let it get to me.

I didn't say anything that was that bad, other than directly quoting him, and I wonder if that got him in trouble. Still, I don't know how much he really believes what he said or if it was just a schtick to create some friction for their show. But whatever, he feels the way he feels, and it's fine.

In the case of this place, you've got plenty of people here who certainly enjoy talking with you, so I'd spend more time interacting with them instead.

@fnordcircle is the only one worth interacting with. His only beliefs are free love and taking 10% on any interactions with his women and men.

Bill absolutely wanted to break that record. I doubt he felt that a raw QB that needed a lot of coaching would get him there faster than a polished guy like McCarthy or Nix.

Bill always wanted Baker Mayfield, and I believe Mayfield knew that and would have gone into free agency so that Bill could sign him. After Jones Belichick would have wanted a veteran QB. And given that he never drafted a mobile quarterback in his long history he would have gone with a pocket passer if he had to draft one.

Everybody's different. Again, that's why people have the ability to control their experience on here in terms of who they do/don't choose to interact with. That's not for myself or the mods to say unless it reaches a point where it's a problem where we need to get involved. Otherwise, most of us would absolutely prefer to stay out of it. I'm certainly cool with people expressing how they feel, so I have no issue with it.

I think after Cam he might have been open to it, but probably a bigger and more athletic guy. Although so far, a lot of those guys have certainly had an issue staying healthy at this level. With Richardson, Jackson, etc. among a bunch of recent guys who have missed time.

But that user posts like a hundred times a day and your system tells me there's new content everytime but when I open threads there is nothing. I can't read through threads while I'm logged in anymore it's just a waste of time.

I have no problem getting blocked. He never sees my content ever again fine. But why should that impact anything I get to see.

If Maye had busted I guarantee everyone that SBB would be screaming out how Belichick never drafted any quarterback who wasn't a good pocket passer in his career, but since Maye is great he now wants to pretend that Belichick would have taken the guy he dissed on draft night, and they guy he claimed was the worst pocket passer of the top quarterbacks.

If anything I think the Cam Newton experiment would have made him run screaming away from guys he didn't believe were good pocket passers. Cam was the worst quarterback I have ever seen.

The notifications are something I need to figure out, so I get it. I'll be digging further into that this offseason. But if a user doesn't want you to see their content, that does include their interactions with other users.

Agreed. Bill probably would have thought (maybe correctly) that he had a much better chance getting to that record with Baker than with someone who needed development like Maye.

He didn't even like Allen at first. I read that he was caught on a hot mic scoffing at the idea Allen was an MVP level QB. Which is kind of funny considering he downplayed Maye comparing him to Allen.
