I want to see Aaron Glenn prematurely dancing Thursday night.

Not without Sauce and Q Williams: compared to Atlanta and Tampa Defenses. Maye will view this as a walk in the park. The Pats are the Best Bet this week: bet the house.

Yep, first bad defense we’ve faced in a while. It certainly looks like a good matchup all around

It's a BAD defense too. They *should* eat well, for as long as they want to put the pedal down. Not just bad statistically, bad as in, lots of players who just can't play.

Thier former ALL PRO in Q. Williams was just benched as well..

I can't believe the Jets won on Sunday with Fields throwing 11 passes for 54 yards, 1 TD, and 1 INT. That is how bad the Browns are. The Jets literally played without a QB and won.

Personally, I just hope the players aren't looking past the Jets the way I am because I believe the Pats can give a C level effort and still win by double digits against the Jets. They are not built to beat this Patriots team.
Maye was watching JEST film on the flight back from Tampa.

It is hard to talk about this game in any way really. There isn't much analysis to be done. They recently lost arguably their 3 most important players. 2 to trade and 1 to a 3-4 week injury. Who on the Jets is a legit threat to do much of anything right now? Sure, they are still NFL players, but the lack of talent on the roster right now is shocking.'

Who will be catching passes for them exactly? A bunch of 3s and 4s. Their QB Fields is clearly mid back up level. Our back up Dobbs is arguably better... in fact, probably better. Let that sink in.

Yeah they have Breece Hall, but he is no Barry Sanders and we are good at stop RBs, particularly when we can key on them. Their OL is either young or untalented at the moment depending on the spot. They are mid on their best day.

This offense has nothing going for it outside of Hall who is not a true game wrecker anyway like Taylor, McCaffrey or Robinson for example. He is good, but not ruin your day alone good.

The defense as a little something but not much without Williams and Gardner gone. Quincy Williams is still good. Johnson still needs some respect. McDonald isn't bad either. They have some pass rush ability. That could potentially be a problem. But what else? I don't think their true LB unit or DBs right now are good.

So basically stop Hall on offense, slow down the good but not over whelming pass rush on offense. That's it.

And look out for their return game. (Their kicker is reliable, but FGs won't beat you btw).

That's pretty much is all there is to say. It is 3 things you need to look out for and you can key on each.. Practice kick off returns twice as much this week. Without some help there we may well shut them out (outside of the first drive i mean).
I hope we jump on them: put Joshua Dobbs in after the Half: Maye could use some rest. Then we're on to Cincinnati.

I hope the game is in hand by the 2nd quarter.. so I can...

Kinda like us under Mayo last year with Practice Squadders Starting.

If it's 17-3 at the half is that enough? I really think this is going to be a boring-ass game and a lot of clock management and foot-off-the-pedal in this one.
Well.. if it's the 3rd quarter and it's that score I'd say yes. Really hope it's over so guys can get rest and ready for Bengals.. now this is a match up I'd expect some heavy man coverage. Gonzo on Higgins and Double chase.

Good time to practice some passes to Kyle Williams: so he can piggy back off his recent success.

It would be great if they kept their foot on the pedal and Maye gets his first 300 yard game and at least 4 td's .
I don't really think they will, not on the super-short week. Play enough to get ahead, and then shut it down, keep people healthy.

What do you think about next week at Bengals? Gonzo on tree top catch Higgins, and...double Catch me if you can chase?
