Would LOVE Shaheed On the Pats. He gives you such great speed, great hands, and a chance to score every play. He’s got elite Tyreek Hill type speed, true game breaker. Pats should get involved if he’s available.

KW have the same ability McDaniels needs to scheme Hm in.

Hate to say it, but on KW, I’ll believe it when I see it. Shaheed is definitely faster and more dangerous right now. KW is a cheerleader right now. I would trade KW and whatever else is needed to get Shaheed.

Broncos is the interesting team there. I feel like they have 3 Rashid Shaheeds already.
Agreed, that doesn't make sense to me.
They have 3 young guys in Franklin, Mims and Bryant. Plenty of speed with those 3.
I don't see them a serious player for Saheed, but I guess you never know.

Moss was also checked out with Oakland. We got him for just a 4th and he was an absolute steal.

This could be another buy low, with big upside type of trade. You know BT Jr has the talent, he already busted out with 1200 yards and 10 TDs his rookie season.

If the Jaguars are not asking for the moon because they want to move him on, this could be a unique opportunity to get a top talent at WR.

It makes no sense. The dude was the 23rd pick just a year ago. Its nothing like the Moss situation. There have been no character concerns or behavior problems. He is having a tough year under new coaching, new scheme, and the addition of the 2nd overall pic of the draft who was the best WR in college football last year. No one hear realizes that he has a wrist injury that is the reason for all his drops this year because he is playing through it. To top is all off, Trevor Laurence only played 9 games with BTJ last season and the chemistry isn't there at the moment. It is ludicrous to suggest the Jags are not asking for the moon. They have no intent of trading him at all unless the offer is better than #23.

Maybe PF2 is in their front office?

So they want *all* the WRs!

Pretty realistic imo, white was a borderline 1st rd prospect so some teams might see value in that as a reclamation project.

We’d get much needed edge depth without giving up a pick.

Getting more than a box of crackerjacks (look it up) seems like a good deal.

It was a pick swap pats get a 6th and SF get White and a 7th. So he had damn near microscopic value

I’m guessing this front office will continue to like to do the “small trade downs” during the draft where they pick up 6ths and 7ths, so they may be content to use up their 6ths and 7ths in player swaps/trades now and then recoup them again during the draft with small moves down.

Ok, but it’s not like we have any credible backups on the roster right now. When Hawkins was out, Dugger got almost all the snaps. So i’d be surprised if they dealt him without having a replacement plan in store.
And he’s been traded. Once again proving I have no idea what I’m talking about.

His value was commensurate with his performance

They might have a replacement plan that’s still unfolding

So we got absolutely nothing for him

Now the Pats ****ing better do something with all that cap space - something big. Selling with a 6-2 team is disgusting unless it's the first in a series of moves. I want a Hendrickson level acquisition after giving White/Dugger away for nothing.

They didn't trade away contributors of significance. That's not really selling.

So it looks like, so far, the Pats have dropped Dugger and White (two guys who have done little for them anyway), lost two 7th round picks, picked up two 6th round picks, gained ~$6M in cap space, and have two open roster spots.
