First two games last year against Cincinnati and Seattle, he looked like he was going to turn into something good. Then he stopped and turned into a pumpkin outside of that Bears game. I was hoping it was because he needed a coach who could help him once he crossed the white lines, and he pretty much said as much after Mayo was canned. But through training camp and thus far this year, same pumpkin. A shame because I can see the potential, but for some reason the light bulb hasn’t turned on for him to convert that into actual results. Seems like it was time to move on.It’s hard to get a good return for a guy who hasn’t done almost anything whatsoever in 2.5 years. He had like one single good game against Caleb Williams inexplicably crapping his pants.
