No one is "attacking" your opinion.
It's a discussion.
Maybe you think it's personal, and it most certainly isn't.
Did you go two-deep? Three-deep? Or do we need to update the rule?

If you had picked the Jete for your strategy, you'd still be playing...I'm still kicking myself for dumping a successful strategy (still successful today) and picking against the Titans in the only game they won this year. And what a flukey win it was.
Would you rather be right, or have him be great?Because I had been a "Maye-be not"
Was thinking a missed hitch... But it was a great snag and you may be right, IDK. I think it was also soon after the concussion check, so that was a bit And ultimately I don't really care, just wanna keep see them rolling...He definitely didn't. I know we want to give Maye the benefit of the doubt, but that was a straight up missthrow imho looking at the replay. Pop wasn't gonna be running straight at the LB, 50, or sitting in for the catch between/close to 2 defend
Ahm... seems like you're having trouble comprehending my original post... If you have trouble with idioms, pls let me know.Would you rather be right, or have him be great?
Just accept you were wrong and root for him.
You sound disappointed about eating crow when he plays wellAhm... seems like you're having trouble comprehending my original post... If you have trouble with idioms, pls let me know.
"Man I keep having to eat crow with Maye's looking so frickin' great. Actually looking forward to Sundays now!"
The head slam gave me Tua vibes. Heart sank for a few seconds. Was thinking a missed hitch... But it was a great snag and you may be right, IDK. I think it was also soon after the concussion check, so that was a bit And ultimately I don't really care, just wanna keep see them rolling...
A small part of me is, as I'm human, but it's more disappointed at my lack of evaluation skills for a QB predraft in this instance (considering how much time I had put into it), not when he plays well. You sound disappointed about eating crow when he plays well
He sacked himself onceWho is the ghost that sacked Cam Ward? It says he was sacked 5 times, but it says Pats had 4 sacks.

They turned on him when he benched Bernie Kosar.
Maybe Drake wanted him to sit earlier in the route, but I don't think that was the case. Because he has excellent accuracy doesn't mean he won't have bad throws. Even throwing in the back yard it is difficult to put it where you want every time, added difficulty put 4 300 pounders in front of ya.Considering Maye's overall excellent accuracy maybe there's something going on specific to Douglas that causes so many misses or catches at the extremes of Pop's athleticism when he's targeted? Just wondering...
Can't do that against very good Teams.Maybe Drake wanted him to sit earlier in the route, but I don't think that was the case. Because he has excellent accuracy doesn't mean he won't have bad throws. I do think Pop has ran the wrong routes at times and sit in a different spot than Drake was anticipating but this wasn't that.
I think he has been saying ooops I was wrong and am onboard nowWould you rather be right, or have him be great?

Add KW to that list: still waiting for him to arrive.Considering Maye's overall excellent accuracy maybe there's something going on specific to Douglas that causes so many misses or catches at the extremes of Pop's athleticism when he's targeted? Just wondering...
Yep but in Pops defense it appears that he has been improving in that regard. Can't do that against very good Teams.
Was the "seemed to me you came off..." feedback just from my original post on this thread or from my reactions over the season? Thanks!I guess it's a matter of perspective, seemed to me you came off more like a guy who was finding crow increasingly palatable and maybe even considering creative ways to make it downright enjoyable. Maybe it's just me, being a family guy I'm used to admitting my errors before someone else does it for me. Our mistakes don't define us but they are among the few things we can truly call our own.
I brought this up somewhere, but I don't think that Maye trusts him enough yet to be in the right spot. When he has thrown to KW he has been late on the throws because he has added an extra hitch or pats the ball one extra time. I noticed it has been on Comebacks and Outs so far.Add KW to that list: still waiting for him to arrive.
Maybe so. Even TB threw some "Oh, Tom, no!" throws. But there's clearly a raggedness to the Maye-Douglas connection that is not present for Maye-Diggs, Maye-Boutte, Maye-Henry, etc. What's the difference?
