I'm sure even you would agree it would be more than 70yds. Pop almost had 150yds last game on 17 snaps *fantom flag* took away another Huge gain.I think it unlikely

I like him too.. but isn’t he smaller than Henderson?Nice find *Dameon Pierce* heard someone talking about that Guy below. He has produced in this league: his 5'7 stature might be just what we need to get through those small holes our OL is creating.

I know but we're desperate.I like him too.. but isn’t he smaller than Henderson?
Josh will adjust and put Henderson on more situation where he can utilize his speed.. Henderson is a Gibbs clone.. and once he gets going we will have our Gibbs.. rham is running scared to fumble instead of running people over..I know but we're desperate.
The Pats are so far beyond the bare minimum cash spending that the rule is basically irrelevant. They could cut Onwenu and Dugger, sign nobody other than draft picks, and by my calculations they’d still satisfy the 90% rule. Many teams are in a similar position, with the notable exception that the Rams need to spend about an extra $100M between now and the end of the 2026 season, beyond the players that they already have under contract.I don't think cap is an issue. Remember we have to spend a certain amount of cap to stay within the rules of the CBA and NFL policies. I don't think RKK is going to be needing to eat out of soup kitchen anytime soon...
Agreed Sciz. Was just making a point that we fortunately have the space to consume a contract should Vrabel decide to make a move..The Pats are so far beyond the bare minimum cash spending that the rule is basically irrelevant. Remember 2015 Stephen Jackson RB.. we loose to Miami and have to go to Denver for AFCCG...I know but we're desperate.
Pop had 3 catches for 71 yards. Week 1-5 Pop had 32 yards total and Hollins had 39. Hollins >Douglas ....just accept it.I'm sure even you would agree it would be more than 70yds. Pop almost had 150yds last game on 17 snaps *fantom flag* took away another Huge gain.

No, but let's just call a spade a spade - they missed that evaluation. Chism should be on the practice squad instead of the active roster, with that spot going to Bourne. And then Kyle Williams should be the weekly gameday inactive like Chism was before the injury forced him into return action (he could be a practice squad call up). Diggs/Boutte should be the (mostly) every down receivers. Bourne would be #3 but Douglas rotated in as well. Hollins would only be used as a de facto 3rd TE or very situationally as a blocking receiver, along with his STs role.Do you think Bourne would have 371 with the Pats?
Van Noy has been my favorite binky since he was on the bubble after coming here from NO.
But, NO is also the response to acquiring him. He is way too long in the tooth.
Like Jonnu Smith perhaps? No, but let's just call a spade a spade - they missed that evaluation. Chism should be on the practice squad instead of the active roster, with that spot going to Bourne. If they just absolutely loved Chism and were afraid to lose him to waivers, then you could find a spot for him I guess off of another position. But the above scenario would be a pretty decently improved receiver rotation with Bourne playing like he is. And he had his best year under McDaniels so it's not like learning the offense would be an issue either. His inside-outside versatility allows you to use Diggs in the slot or out wide and rotate Douglas in accordingly. He'd really just be a great fit here. Like I said, they misevaluated that one.

We hear you're leaving, that's okay
I thought our little wild time had just begun
I guess you kind of scared yourself, you turn and run
But if you have a change of heart
Ducornet is the subject of the Steely Dan song "Rikki Don't Lose That Number."[13] Steely Dan singer Donald ***en had met her at Bard College.[13] Ducornet says they met at a college party, and even though she was married at the time, he gave her his number. Ducornet was intrigued by ***en and was tempted to call him, but she decided against it. She later told an interviewer, "Philosophically it's an interesting song; I mean I think his 'number' is a cipher for the self."[14][15]
So his contract still has multiple years left on it? I didn't know. What do you think it would take to get him?
Agreed. I'd say a 3rd and a 6th could do it?.. would love to have him playing next to Woodson..Budda Baker Contract Details, Salary Cap Charges, Bonus Money, and Contract History | Over The Cap

I would think a 2nd would do it. His play and the extension have increased his value.
Depending on the attitudes toward the 2025-2027 cap, there could be a restructuring before trade (as is always possible).
========
There is only ONE issue for me. Does AZ want to trade him. I suspect that we need to wait a couple of weeks and see whether AZ wants to basically give up on 2025.
As far as other teams being interested, we are in a very, very good cap position and have a very high need. This is our #1 priority at this point and in the off-season (perhaps after keeping Marcus). I would think that Vrabel would pull the trigger if he can get him for less than a first.
A typical Jets thing to happen is that the Patriots get Breece Hall for a 4th rounder. Dude runs for 1500 yards ROS. Pats win the superbowl. Hall becomes a free agent whenever he’s supposed to, signs a mega deal with the Jets and blows out his ACL again.
That one's a little tougher for me to say they made a mistake in letting go. He didn't look great here in 2021 under McDaniels. Nor did he look good in 2022 under Patricia. Then in 2023 with BoB going back to more of a McDaniels type offense, you had a highly priced player who didn't play well in a similar offense. He was good in ATL and MIA, so definitely seems like there was more to work with there than we managed to get out of him so it's a miss in that sense, but I'd put that in a different category.Like Jonnu Smith perhaps?
whatever it takesAgreed. I'd say a 3rd and a 6th could do it?.. would love to have him playing next to Woodson..
