I can't wait for the draft when the Jets will have the #1 pick and one of two things will happen.
1) They take the top QB and he ends up a complete bust.
2) They take the top QB and he refuses to play for them.

Every year for many years I've thought that it can't get much worse for them and every year it does. I can't wait to see what the future has in store for them.

That's a big part of why I think they fail: they always seem to think they're one big move away from being good, when they aren't. So you get moves like Rodgers or Wilson or Darnit and not much team-building. The end result is going into each season with tons of dead cap money. This year they have 25% of their cap going to pay people no longer on their team, with of course Rodgers leading the way.

3) Their front office (ok, Woody's son) gets a giant hard-on for a running back and they pick him right before a QB who goes on to be a generational talent.

Agree. We see it with Mayo/AVP vs Vrabel/McDaniels. Add Marrone who can coach OL and the difference is even greater.
