We signed a lot of FAs last year including the best defensive FA. What difference do you see in 2026?

Free Safety or a LB to put next to spillane in either the draft of free agency.

...and...Christian Ellis, who made a nice pbu, plus the key defensive play of the game punching the ball out for a NO fumble. People here are rough on him but I think he's been good.
I have been tough on him, but he was better today. Agreed.

You're not fixing the latter without a change on the O-line.

Maybe @patfanken or @KCSVEN can look at the all-22 and see what was happening in the 2nd half that NOLA was penetrating on rushes so much.. I mean, I think the Pats had 3 or 4 straight rushing plays between 2 series where NOLA stopped them behind the LOS.
I'm too lazy to look it up but aren't the saints one of the best run defenses?

I’d go with both. And spend the rest of the draft re-fortifying the interior and right side of the OL, and finding a RB to pair with Henderson. If we can hit on all that during FA and the draft, I think we’re there.

Despite some bad officiating, the Patriots get it done in New Orleans. 4-2 with a return to Tennessee for Vrabel up next.
We've already met our win total from last season. This team is resilient, we'll coached and fight hard. No win is perfect but to be 4-2 and one of the best teams in the NFL is no fluke.

I saw Moses being beat on multiple plays and the RBs unable to run via right side. Is onwenu playing really crappy ?
I saw one play where the defender ran right by him. Which was a surprise because he'd been playing closer to his 2022 self..
The delayed blitz that Stevenson picked up the blitzer for good Drake Maye run was on Bradbury..

I don't get why our centers almost always turn to their LEFT like that. It drove me crazy when Andrews did it. Koppen did it as well.

Agreed, however we are 4-2 with back to back road wins. We are ahead of schedule for a rebuilding organization. That is largely in part of coaching and QB play.

I tried to head some of it off. I failed but I tried
Can't head this one off Maust.
As I mentioned, I rarely complain about the officiating, I've just come to accept that it is horrible every week.
However.....today was a different level of ****ery. Again, might be the 2 worst OPI calls I've ever seen, both negating huge plays.

I thought the refs were the worst since the Eagles--Broncos one and realized it was the same crew, Adrian Hill.
Watch this non-call at the end of the game.....

Come the end of the year, watch the NFL say that this is the best unit and put them covering the SB

He was processing the play for over a minute?
If you have to 'process' that long, it's not a ****ing penalty.
He had to wait to see it was a TD
