Could be an opportunity. It's still a long season, but it's still there's for the taking by default. Ravens are imploding, Bengals have already tapped out, Chargers have too many injuries and Texans are hanging on for dear life. Steelers and Colts aren't taken seriously by anyone. Chiefs could came back out of nowhere as well.
However, if the Pats go on a run and beat the Bills again, I'd panic if I were a Bills fan.
weird flex considering the first time in forever we had a good looking wr we won our biggest game in half a decade
Pats have the @Saints (1-4), @Titans (1-4), Browns (1-4), Falcons (2-2). This could be a good opportunity to go 7-2 or 6-3 at worst.Ya I think it's looking like another down year for the AFC. Could be an opportunity.
Atlanta game is here.Pats have the @Saints (1-4), @Titans (1-4), Browns (1-4), @ Falcons (2-2). This could be a good opportunity to go 7-2 or 6-3 at worst.
But then again we lost to the 1-4 Raiders who were shellacked by the Colts, 40-6. Genno Smith leads the nfl with 9 interceptions. How’d we lose to those clowns?Pats have the @Saints (1-4), @Titans (1-4), Browns (1-4), @ Falcons (2-2). This could be a good opportunity to go 7-2 or 6-3 at worst.
@FoxboroFan23 either you're a noobie and we can forgive you for not understanding @PatsFan2 fixation on all things wideout, or... you're a sock puppet for PF2.FWIW you haven't been here long enough to know just how right @Steve102 is lol
Sorry for delayI am speechless. This felt like a playoff win
I don't mean this in a belittling way, but it's like those teachers who greet each student at the door. Shows respect, which then goes both way.I love that Vrabes greets every player before they go into the locker room after the game.
Why would he need a sockpuppet though...just to talk about all the wide receivers ever?@FoxboroFan23 either you're a noobie and we can forgive you for not understanding @PatsFan2 fixation on all things wideout, or... you're a sock puppet for PF2.
Sock Puppet to say Toldjya. Why would he need a sockpuppet though...just to talk about all the wide receivers ever?
Like, if he made a sockpuppet to talk about line play or something, I'd believe it.
Unfortunately there ARE no longer any "dog days of training camp", just no pad walk throughs and occasional no taking to the ground days and 4 days of full speed padded practices with other teams and 2 preseason games that accounts for 95% of the contact for the entire preseason these days. Hard to bond over that day camp event.I remember Willie and teddy B..talking during an ESPN episode one time.. and they both talked about how they became addicted to the exhilarating feeling of winning, like all that hard work and what the dog days of training camp taught them.. this team now has some taste of winning... we have enough vets to keep the young guys focused.. no need to go celebrating or in the strip clubs.. stay focused and continue to try and win.. if they do that.. come December they will be a playoff team no one wants to see.
I chalk it up to the first game of the season. I think it would turn out much different if we ran it back now.But then again we lost to the 1-4 Raiders who were shellacked by the Colts, 40-6. Genno Smith leads the nfl with 9 interceptions. How’d we lose to those clowns?
you know what's cooking in the kitchen right?Ya I think it's looking like another down year for the AFC. Could be an opportunity.
I wasn't even talking about this year. Even if BUF was flawed, I think it's fair to say they were FAR better than us in 2023 and 2024 (BB last year and Mayo season). Yet the results in those years wouldn't reflect that gap at all. We'll see that the talent gap proves to be over the course of the full season this year, but was just citing those years as a further example to the original poster's point that sometimes those division games and be wonky and not reflective of the actual gap between teams.Normally I'd completely agree.
I think this is a far more flawed Bills team than in years past, and I don't think anyone realized it until now. They've got real games against real defenses coming up.
Yeah, I think of Campbell’s genuinely tiny wingspan kind of like Brady’s genuinely slow running speed. It’s relevant, a negative in evaluating a prospect, but you have to look at the whole player and his strengths. It is looking to be a case that people focused way too much on Campbell's arm length and ignored his freakish athleticism and his strength.
