Can everyone just drop it now? We just beat the ****ing bills.

So run defense- james cook had 15 carries for 49 yards. Think this was our best showing yet considering the competition and run d was a concern to many. Allen got 51 yards on scrambles but thats gonna happen.
I was pleasantly surprised.

Thought the Bills would run on us with ease.

I think Jennings and White playing more than Chiasson is perhaps a big difference.

I will also say that having Gonzalez back there allows them an extra body elsewhere.

You can go back to any game lowe played last season and find him doing the exact same thing.
He did in twice in game consecutively last year: the guy's a flag waiting to happen. Maybe he's training to be a Ref after playing: Lowe's time will come real soon.

The title didn't mention Belichick.

After backlash, UNC reverses course on Patriots social-media blackout

uh-yeah... it would only be Belichick if they had a policy like that. This is just like a few weeks ago when he learned Belichick banned Patriots scouts only to find out that ALL NFL scouts had been restricted from practice.

By the way-- you're backtracking now. First you went off on Belichick so now you're saying what?

Ravens being being 1-4 puts them out and that is huge. They were a lock. That opens it up for another non elite team. A team like ours.
Bengals were team fighting for a tier 2 spot that is now out.

AFCN is likely only to have 1 team in... Steelers. Browns, Bengals and Ravens are out.

AFCS is at most 2. Texans don't have it... Titans suck. But how much do you really believe in Indy or Jax having really solid record come the end of the year? Lawrence still hasn't improved but has a better cast. Colts have scored a ton of points vs some very bad teams. They've been hot... But why would i believe in Daniel Jones long term. These defense has been crap the last 3 years.. suddenly it is top 5? I don't buy that either. Did the Colts get that much better in the off season? I don't think so. I think this is one of those small sample size early starts that comes down to earth. They like us have a bit of a weak schedule... but i think they are a lot worse and lose to more bad teams.

I really think the AFCS sends only 1. One of the Jags or Indy will blow this early momentum. And they still need to play each other twice. If one team 0-2s the other they probably come in 9-8 at best.

So these leads a very possible 5 seeds for the AFCE and AFCW. The Raiders in the West are done. So that is a max of 3 spots they can take. Jets and Miami in the East are done. That leaves 2 spots open. Bills and Pats.

I think KC is a lock still. Bills are a lock of course.

Another way to think of it.. Pats vs Broncos vs Chargers vs Colts/Jags (whoever is worse). 3 of these teams will get in. Pats only need to be better than 1. And tonight KC plays the upstart Jags. They will probably smack them down to 3-2 right with us.
Colts are legit. I think the Jags win tonite. They have arrived. Still room for the Pats??

The defense looks completely different with Gonzo in. Please stay healthy!

Are they freaking out in buffalo? I haven’t had a chance to visit their forum yet just been on twitter and YouTube all morning.

2020-2022 was a brutal stretch, only win was the wind game and the only loss that was really close was the one you mentioned. The other 4 they pretty much owned us. But the last 4 meetings since (not counting the joe milton game) have all been tight and we’ve split with them. For now their dominance over us is gone
The problem in 2020-2022 is that the Bills were running a lot of stuff on the perimeter, sweeps, WR screens, end arounds, and we literally had a lot of very old and slow guys out there, like McCourty, Chung, all the linebackers, Hightower, Jamie Collins. I went to a few of those Buffalo dominations and all I could see is our old guys correctly diagnose what the Bills were doing, but they were absolutely helpless to stop it because they didn't have the speed. We made careers for people like Isaiah McKenzie that year, a guy who did nothing against anyone else.

All the old guys needed to be replaced ASAP in 2020-2022.

Even in Brady's prime they were kind of a pest to play. Hopefully that's what we are to them now.
Brady was 33-3 vs them or something like that. They weren't a pest lol.

I'm glad that I don't understand what it means for a QB to be "in the grasp".
The thought crossed my mind too. I think it needed to be a touch longer. Plus Drake was going down anyway. Would have been tough for the ref to get his whistle quicker than the tackle. His knee was close when he released the throw.

No, not really. At least not on the radio.

They already knew they would suffer this year on defense.

They are expecting a couple of big defenders back, one at CB and Ed Oliver. They also think Shaq Thompson will be an upgrade over Milano who is a shell of himself.

They have some concerns at safety... but so do we.

On offense, they believe Kincaid is finally emerging and that the offense needs to rethink things.

They think they will be fine if they rediscover the running game, and feature Kincaid more than Coleman (Coleman has been the top target so far, but it should be Kincaid instead). Shakir and the other WRs should provide complimentary support.

They think the defense will be mediocre all year, but that the offense has room for improvement, and it will improve.

A weird thing to say about a team that scored 30+ points in so many consectuive games, but I can't blame them when I see them forcing the ball to Coleman while Kincaid was killing us.

Not really; but the Schedule makers favor them. They had the Ravens @ Home - Chiefs @ Home - Bucs @ Home and Eagles @ Home.

They shouldn't be, other than for the fact that they now have competition in the division, which they knew they'd have in 2026 in any case.

BUF made lots of unforced errors against a top 5 Defense. They should recover and go back to 30+ points a game.

Here is one thread they have today.....

Most of the billdos say he is just average, that if their defense didnt suck they would have won.....duh. That Drake is not Allen and that the Saints will beat us next week. That's the main take away I got from the thread.

As usual twin bringing the facts.... am I really seeing posters come to the defense of Lowe..

The Guy jump Offsides on 3rd and less than a yard: so disciplined. A BB Team never does that.
