Even Mac Hollins got to eat, nothing for Pop.
He's just lost v. zone. All-Pro v. man.
But nobody has been playing much man v. NE.
He needs a ton more film study to understand zone coverages.
Pop's got talent but maybe it's time to activate Chism. Give him a shot.
Diggs is playing a lot of slot- which he has for several years and is damn good there-
but he's still gonna play outside as well.
So Chism should have opportunities if Vrabel decides to try him out

So if I say I hope Vrabel doesn’t piss his pants and blow the game if he had to make a big decision, I’m not implying anything a lot Vrabel?
Why would I say that if I wasn’t concerned he might?
Really, that's the best you got?
You do realize that I voiced a concern that has happened countless times to several great athletes, whereas you use an example that has never happened and somehow you think those are the same?
It's not uncommon for an athlete to come out with a little too much energy for a big game, especially a younger guy. Brady use to do this from time and time and even said so, but somehow you think that's me ****ting on Maye.
The best thing about this whole exchange is you telling me what I meant, and what I think.

No you didn’t.
It hadn’t happened to countless athletes many times that they lose their composure, and worry about the qb in the other side and try to “keep up with them”.
It’s something you made up.

What you wanted to do was imply that Maye isn’t mature and this will be the time he fits to pieces.

Brady absolutely never said he couldn’t “keep his level head and doesn't get caught up in trying to match” the other QB
Now you are moving the goalposts to “come out with a little too much energy”
That is completely different than what you said.
Your original comment, the one I maligned and still do said he couldn’t keep his head and would forget about running the offense and “try to match Josh” meaning he would make incorrect decisions and not do his job.
That was and still is something there is no example in Mayes history to back up.

Words mean what they mean and the mere fact that you are backtracking and changing your words and distancing yourself from what you said shows you know it too.
It’s ok to say you were wrong. It’s much easier than trying to convince people you said something else than what you did.

Land war in Asia.

Josh McDaniels is really good. I thought the Kyle Williams run was a bad play call but he had so many great play calls today I can’t think of any others that were calls I could really question. He seems a bit giddy on the sideline lol

I Think the coaching on offense, across the board, is night and day from 2024 and making a huge difference
McDaniels is more than really good, he's a 3-time SB winning OC (plus a 4th SB where Brady threw for 500 and they lost). He's tied with Andy Ried as the most prolific OC in the game. He's installed a new offense that nobody including the other coaches had any clue about, and has it humming. He's badly underrated/underappreciated here, and he's the main reason we'll be making the playoffs this year.

I haven't even heard his name ONCE.
WHEN you hear a name, you start watching, Lemme know when Campbell's name is mentioned.
You PUNKS need a #*****Slap.

But his arms are so short!
He sucks, Membou and Simmons are better later, Membou will switch, and Simmons is better (even though the SAME length arms).
We could have Vedrrian Lowe with his 35.5 knuckle draggers in there, maybe Calvin Anderson...
You guys pick.

ODD is ridiculous, he's the best I've ever seen.

Ring, can you stop? You always have to have the last word, which is sorta bearable when you're right about something, but in this case you're not. Don't gum up the postgame thread with a petty sidebar.

Haven’t had a win like that in years.
Was just asking that earlier. We had a brief stretch with Zappe hour in 22 with a couple nice wins. Otherwise probably 2021 when we were briefly the 1 seed.

He's just lost v. zone. All-Pro v. man.
Which makes not letting Chism play all the more mystifying, since he seemed to excel at finding the holes in zone defenses.
