the Patriots are a sad sack franchise and only Tom Brady stopped the team from moving. take away the Brady games and the franchise winning % is probably .400ish. My prediction is the state won't play ball with Krafty when he looks for a new stadium and he either moves or sells the franchise. This will happen in the next 10 years.

I'm making too much money here in Massachusetts to move my franchise..

He wont move or sell the stadium, he has in fact been putting money into the stadium over the last couple of years. He is 84 years old nothing will change until he no longer is walking on this earth.

Ive heard first hand from the VP of stadium opps about their renovations. They meet quarterly with Foxboro residents and infrastructure is a large part of the discussion. All the recent upgrades and continued upgrades are absolutely part of a 20+ year plan for Gillette. They aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
