The Bill megathread (HC at UNC, girlfriend, etc.)

I don't drive anything in this debate I just respond to other people

Yes, you do. You make ridiculous excuse after ridiculous excuse and people call you on them. That’s what has been driving this thread.

You're not getting what I'm saying so I'm just going to stop responding see how that works

Exclusive! Bill's 400 page organizational bible.

That's fine, but he was OK with using a 2nd on Jimmy G and let him sit for three years.
Using a 2nd round pick on Jimmy G was idiotic as well and doesn't seem to get much criticism. It was not a good use of resources when your QB had undrafted FA and one 2nd round pick to throw to in 2013. That was swept under the rug because Revis was a big signing and they ended up winning the Super Bowl. Going back even further, using a 3rd round pick on Kevin O'Connell after Brady had a record setting season was surprisingly not questioned by the media. That 2008 draft had absolutely atrocious decision making.

I'm not in the camp that "plans" for the future. When I have a once in a lifetime QB like Brady, I'm putting all eggs in that basket to win as many Super Bowls as possible. In fact, there were many that slipped away that were on the table which was unprecedented.

If they lose to Charlotte maybe Bill will have a tantrum and ban the Panthers scouts next.

Poor poor misunderstood signbabybilly. Like everyone else here I understand you perfectly, and you are completely full of ****:

My argument was won years ago.

More ********. There was no argument that Belichick was the GOAT coach on this board, the argument comes from the Cult of Bill insisting that he wasn’t responsible for the mistakes he made, and the insistence that he isn’t the ******* that he clearly is. You just continue to pretend that it’s about his coaching because you can’t defend your indefensible positions.

Then why do I get attacked everytime I call Bill the GOAT?

You don’t, unless it’s by sb1, who you are in the middle of a cat fight with. You get attacked when you make excuses for him. I have called Belichick the Goat a million times and never get attacked for it. However when I say that Wolf wasn’t responsible for Belichick’s mistakes I absolutely get attacked for it, by the Cult of Bill.

Ahem. Nothing more than what you’re doing right now.

My position is as a coach Bill was one of the all time greats, certainly one can make a credible argument for GOAT and I’ve never said otherwise- but there’s also a notable difference in his track record with and without Brady…and the drop off is precipitous so questions need to be asked. That’s a fact.

I also despise what he’s turned into… a whiny little simp of an old man who can’t be accountable for anything. When he takes a shot a my team I think it’s normal not to appreciate it.

Yes the straw man and gaslighting from the cult is quite comical.

So now your going to tell me about my experiences. I openly love both Belichick and Brady and I won't be bullied into any other way.

Starting with the very first pick he made in it...

Should've been 10. That's going on my headstone.
