Really? You trust Geno over Maye? Wow.
FYI in his career in September Gee-No has 20 TD and 20 Ints in 19 games.
Because Geno has won more than 2 games in his NFL career.

Maye is perfect in September because he was sitting on the bench drinking Gatorade.

I think that you mean that the Vegas bettors like the pats.
If Joey is right the Vegas Raiders will love the Pats.

That’s a big “if” there.

Or maybe Lowe gets some snaps at RT?
Oh god I hope not. Maybe he can be effective there, but I'm still having flashbacks of DEs blowing by him at Left last year.

Playing a lot and not being very good isn’t better than being a good young player.

The way he was ambushed in LV sounded pretty humiliating and damaged his reputation. He's going to want to kick their asses Sunday.

Carroll is an underrated storyline as well. He's 3-1 vs NE since coming back into the league and he'll want to add to that. Good thing the Pats won the game that mattered.

I feel for you. Tough situation, but you’ll make the best of it I’m sure.
I always root for the Pats over my FF team. One year my TE was Jimmy Graham (Saints), the year the Pats held him to zero catches (and thus no FF points). Pats won the game, I lost my FF game by 1 point. Good result.

I want to see Maye dial in quickly and not get these over-throw yips he has put on display lately. You've had enough reps to know what to expect. I'm not asking for a perfect performance, but I do expect polished fundamentals and good decision making.

I'm intrigued to see the defense without Gonzo. Now is as good of a time as there will be to see how we look when tapping depth in the secondary.

I'd really like the defensive line to give us something to be excited about. I'd love to walk out of week one with a sigh of relief for at least one unit. It's been awhile since this team could say that about any unit, really.

Extremely interested in seeing how McDaniels' scheme helps Maye, helps the OL, how he plans on executing the run game, and what things look like with Diggs (is he confirmed playing yet?)

I don't think I can stomach (I mean, I will) another year of everything being so bad that it's hard to say what exactly needs improving lol.

Very hard to get open if the box is stacked. They have to threaten the whole field.
Absolutely, but these are guys who have the potential to get open in a phone booth, assuming everyone is on the same timing.

I expect there may be some rotation especially early to keep him fresh.
I agree, I think Moses will only play maybe 65-70% of the offensive snaps all year, assuming good health. They'll spell him with Bryant and/or Lowe to both keep him fresh and also to give the other guys reps, since one of them (probably Bryant) will hopefully be the starting RT in a couple years, perhaps even next year.

Like Polk?

Its a joke. Maye has struggled through 2025 camp and preseason games.

3.5 to 4 points for the Raiders…
  • Spread: Patriots -3.5. Some sources show a slightly lower spread of -2.5, but -3.5 is the more current line.
  • Moneyline: Patriots -148, Raiders +126.
  • Over/Under: The point total is set around 42.5.

he attempted 12 passes in pre over 2 games, maybe you should wait till he gets in a real game and actually has time to get in a rythm.

I would think that Bryant is our backup RT.
I tend to agree. But wondered if being a rookie might make coaches have a bit less confidence in him. That’s why I thought they might also give Lowe a few snaps early in the game to see whether he or Bryant is the better choice to rotate in for Moses.

I would play Henderson and not because he is a Pats player.

Youve seen him rush the ball. He is like a thoroughbred horse waiting to race. And, Mickey D likes getting the RBs in space and throwing to them. I will very surprised if Henderson is not involved the pass game this Sunday.

So, he had problems at LT and that makes you think he can’t play RT? When there’s so much discussion about how it’s much harder to find a good LT than it is to find a good RT? I’m not seeing your logic there. Plus he’s had a year of better coaching than he got last year, so he might be better at LT this year.

I’m hoping old man Moses plays the most meaningful snaps, and holds up well, with Bryant and Lowe both getting some reps for seasoning behind him. But, we shall see.
