That’s pretty much exactly how he was advertised by Houston (their WRs attributed much of their success to Diggs being there to help coach them up) but for whatever reason people/the media overlook that and instead just focus on the one time he yelled at Josh Allen in Buffalo, or when he had an ego in Minnesota forever ago.
