Game Day Thread 2025 Preseason week 3: Giants game

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Epps and Pettus getting beat by 2nd and 3rd stringers on that drive.
I havent seen that because everytime i leave here to go to the broadcast all i see is three clowns in suits. not the actual game

Kendrick Bourne's last 3 season combined totals:

1145 yards; 6 TDs

Mack Hollins:

1319 yards; 9 TDs.

Hollins a much better blocker.

Don't even start with injuries, an NFL players greatest ability is availability.

So again, the Bourne luv is inexplicable, and he is not better than Hollins.
Nice try.
Hollins put up those numbers playing 2096 snaps.
Bourne played 1268.

15% more production in 75% more playing time isn’t good.

Bourne had 1 injury.

I know the excuse is Hollins is a good blocker, because without that claim what else do you have.

Bourne has 262/3714/22 in 111 games
Hollins has 162/2069/15 in 112 games

It’s not even close.

Hollins has caught less than 17 passes in 5 of his 7 seasons.

Minor gets ahead of everyone as the gunner, then whiffs the ST tackle. He’s having a poor game, unfortunately for him.

More discussion about Abdul Carter, taken up about half the broadcast. Nothing about the guy picked right after him.
He's looked really good tonight doing ummm... *checks notes* absolutely nothing, but he was lined up against.. uhh.... *checks notes again* ... Vederian Lowe.

Here another Hollins stat for you.
He has played 112 games and caught more than 2 pass in 24 of them.
Once every 5 weeks you can expect more than 2 catches.
In 68 of them (61%) he caught zero or 1 pass.

Pettus with the late hit out of bounds. Not a way to impress.

Nice try. You can't contribute if you're not on the field. Bourne is an afterthought, best of luck to him whenever he goes. The trainers will miss him here off the field, and I'm sure we'll really miss his 400 yds on the field.

Wait, they’re talking about the Patriots? How about that?!

So we agree he’s better than Hollins but currently injured.

That was a nice tackle by Pettus, his best play tonight.

That last play gave me flashbacks of last year. The d looks like the key stone cops that can't tackle

These LBrs
