The Will Campbell discourse is only getting worse, it seems. Felt like people were describing two different players simultaneously on the board tonight.

No matter what good plays he makes, the people who aren’t fans of his are finding anything they can find to freak out about.

I’d get used to that. Gonna be that way all season I’m afraid. Doesn’t matter that he’s already a massive upgrade over what we had. Unless he’s perfect people will constantly *****, post their trex gifs and continue to fantisize to every Josh Simmon’s highlight.

I isolated on Marcus Bryant at RT on the last 4-5 plays and he looks good to me.

Agree. And he’s gonna get better. The one rough play seemed like a miscommunication between him and Wilson…2 rookies during the first drive of their careers…ohhh the absolute horror.

I will say this, they give out walking boots like Dasani bottled water these days. OT, but I’m a teacher and at any one time during a school year I’ll see 5 or so kids in walking boots. I’ll ask did you break something and it’s always something very minor.

I have faith he’ll get that cleaned up..

That was one of my questions about if EC could actually be a JE11 remake, play strength. Jules’ strength constantly showed up with shedding tackles, falling forward. I was ready to write him off to PS and if we lose him, meh oh well. Tonight was a step towards making me rethink that.

Jon Jiles is kinda a binky for me. He caught my eye when he was on the Giants and then they cut him and we signed him to the PS last year. I like him for the PS again, but not sure if he is good enough to ever crack the 53

That would be ideal, and allow us to keep both Baker and Chism...if they deserve it these next few weeks.

He looked good tonight. Can't see him over Baker or Chism, but definitely PS worthy.
