I think Cole Strange is the Biggest Loser in all of this; which makes his Trade value really pathetic.Would sort of be a "it's now his to lose ... " type of thing, but I guess the fact he's edged out Strange (who practiced with the backups today at one point) is certainly interesting. Although Strange did start getting some work at center (and Wilson has had multiple bad QB/center exchanges), but other than 1-2 posts, not much was said about that.
I know it's more than one through the first week (I don't know the exact number), although Bradbury I believe had a couple also.Multiple bad snaps?
Not just one?
Jared Hannah
He's in the last year of his deal, so I do understand it from that standpoint. Especially given the knee injury he dealt with if that's what they're thinking. Although, it would be great to see him emerge at center.I think Cole Strange is Biggest Loser in all of this; which makes his Trade value really pathetic.

Vrabel also talked up Strange at center this offseason. Just have to let everything play out. Is what it is, they need guys who can get the job done and give the coaching staff credit. They haven't been shy about making tough decisions, at least based on some of the things we've seen.I think Cole Strange is the Biggest Loser in all of this; which makes his Trade value really pathetic.
They may have fans pulling for them while also giving them all the respect their past performances have earnedLike hearing about Polk and Baker: they have so many fans pulling for them here.
The issue is I don’t want to see up and down from my top 5 pick I want to see dominance at a position of need that was fairly deep in the draft.
Didn't hear anything about Polk Today. They may have fans pulling for them while also giving them all the respect their past performances have earned
I want to see Polk and Baker perform comparably to Bourne and Hollins. Haven’t yet. Downgrading talent just to save bucks is a quick path to a bad team.Give the younger Polk and Baker over the Older Bourne and Hollins. They're younger are still on cheap Rookie contracts.
Yup. You are what you are until you aren’t. Right now they’re 2 young WRs who had horrific rookie years, but have an opportunity this summer to prove differently. That’s it, nothing more. They may have fans pulling for them while also giving them all the respect their past performances have earned
I don't think it's fair to write off a Draft pick after a year.I want to see Polk and Baker perform comparably to Bourne and Hollins. Haven’t yet. Downgrading talent just to save bucks is a quick path to a bad team.
Now the draft was deep, but when they were picking it was a **** draft ?The issue is I don’t want to see up and down from my top 5 pick I want to see dominance at a position of need that was fairly deep in the draft.
We will see a lot more when preseason comes, I know Campbell is a gamer and a tough dude.
I think when the real bullets fly and he needs to protect Drake he takes it another level.
I hope.
The draft was certainly not deep at top end OT talent, not even remotely. Now the draft was deep, but when they were picking it was a **** draft ?
Even if the arm length skeptics turn out to be right and he's not a left tackle and he struggles he's still better than what we would of had there in 2025 and he's going to be an all pro caliber guard, i don't think the Colts regret drafting Quenton Nelson that high so as long as he turns out to be elite at G it can still be a good pick even if we still need a LT in 2026.Campbell's issues seem to come early in each practice. Because it sounds like they start off throwing things at him that he didn't see the day before - White beating him with an inside swim. And Swinson too. Because he's probably trying to get things right so much, he's planning for outside, or power moves before they come... and they catch him. But, as he gets warmed up, he seems to settle down and just play whats in front of him.
Let's just hope he doesn't start so slow by Week 1 - and Crosby wrecks him for some big sacks or fumbles before we get in stride.
IF Will Campbell's play deems him the next Matt Light: we won't be disappointed. The issue is I don’t want to see up and down from my top 5 pick I want to see dominance at a position of need that was fairly deep in the draft.
