#36 pick and was holding out on signing his contract. Wonder what the Browns do now?

I really like the Browns head coach, and Vrabel had nothing but respect and glowing things about that staff.

The mugshot fits. Teams need to start prioritizing character more. No punks need apply. The Pats have two I know of in Javon Baker and Jaheim Bell. Two guys other teams like the Giants crossed off because of character in the draft two years ago. Eliot Wolf needs to go. In Vrabel and his guys I trust.

Bell is a very talented guy, if he puts it together we may have something.
But more then likely he makes the PS.

I was shocked Browns drafted this kid so early, I was thinking 4th round pick. He should have never been a second round pick.

If the Patriots were going to move Stevenson, we may of found the destination.

Pay him like the #2 pick fully guaranteed contract. If there’s one organization where character doesn’t matter it’s the one that fully guaranteed Watsons contract after the allegations.

I think they need to get rid of Verdarian Lowe, his arms are too long, and Sidy Sow, he speaks French fluently, can’t have that.

We are using the dysfunctional Giants as the moral benchmark now? Also, show me concrete evidence that they took Baker and Bell off of their draft boards because of character issues. I am not aware of any off-the-field issues with Bell. Could you produce some reliableevidence of his supposed character issues? As far as I know, he dropped to the seventh round because of his tweener size.

In terms of Judkins, this seems like the typical rush to judgment. He very well may be guilty and, if so, he should lose the right to ever step on an NFL field but I’d like to first hear both sides of the story and give the guy a chance to defend himself, because on more than one occasion in recent years we have seen young athletes be the victims of false accusations by vindictive women.

Once again I will be following up with the league to see if there is any punishment for this incident or are we going to have to wait for 2 years like in the Rice case where the league patiently has waited for "justice to run its course". This is unlike the Pats when Peppers was instantly suspended and after justice ran its course, was found innocent of the charge.

Can anyone find out WHY exactly it's taking so long for the Rice case to be adjudicated. It seems pretty cut and dried. They raced at high speeds. They caused an accident that cause nearly killed people. And then they ran away like cowards without ANY regard for the people they hurt. THAT shouldn't take 2 years to get settled. Anyone else curious, or is it just me?

As for the Bell situation. When he was drafted he wasn't anything like what I was looking for as a TE. The ONLY value I could see would be if they turned into a FB. He physical attributes seem perfect for that position. If he could be turned into a tough blocker he could be a great threat as a receiver when called upon. Sorta like the SF guy.\

Josh knows how to use a FB as he's done in some years. That's the only way I see him making the roster. Be a ST's ace who can play FB when the situation demands it.

What do you mean the mugshot fits?

Hope he can afford that…
