Loved:
Slate as ST all-pro and future red jacket wearer.

Hated:
Slate as a WR.

I didn't hate many. Assante, the smurf that gave up the TD to Plexiglass in the SB. Shawn Springs and Adalius Thomas in that 2009 team. There were very few that made me yell at the TV to STFU like Springs and Thomas.
Speaking of Thomas... BB got rid of guys when they were in thier late 20s.. we signed Thomas at 29 to a long term deal... thought he like em younger...

Some love for kickers and punters

Nick Folk loved, average
AV loved, great
Ryland divided, bad
Gost loved, great
Slye hated, average-ish
Bahr divided, average
Ken Walter hated, bad
Jake Bailey divided, great then bad
Palardy hated, bad
Camarillo loved, great
Allen loved, great
Baringer loved, great

Different time and team, they were a championship team all the time then. He would plug guys in and keep it rolling. Thomas and Springs didn't buy in and they were jettisoned. Obviously, looking back, everyone should have realized that Thomas' success was a product of playing with Ray Lewis. Thomas should have probably stayed in Baltimore. Might have had a longer, more productive career. He was probably an average player buoyed up by playing opposite Lewis.

Definitely. Coming off the 06 season where we pissed away another shot at going back to the SB.. it was just surprising seen as how he got rid of guys at that age but gave an aging LB that contract.. had he'd been 24 or 25 I could definitely see it. He definitely benefited next to lewis, suggs and Nagtha . Rodney got hurt that 08 season and Bru retired in the 90 preseason.. had we had thier leadership springs and Thomas would have been neutralized.

Well Lewis did KAG (probably 2) so it would've behooved the dudes that played with him to give their best effort. just sayin'

@Steve102

Bru retired in 09.. not 90.. sorry about that.

If Larry Whigham ever took a bad angle on a play, I never saw it.
I should add tebucky jones to my i hate that guy list... just because they let whigham walk to protect his fragile ego

Adam Seward - loved/legendary

Is this joke too soon or have people gotten over not getting him?

Michael Bishop, would have been a first round pick in 2025.

I never liked Faulk, f loser state university. Almost started to be okay with him and then he fumbles at Denver in the playoffs. F Faulk.

I hate respected Welker at ttu and Miami, f ttu, f miami, f denver.

I knew what you meant.

So you've been exposed to 'the cult' so much you can now interpret them in real time? Not sure if that's a good thing or concerning lol

Mr Peabody's Wayback Machine
Ike Forte RB - hated by me
I called him "The Crab" as all this guy did was scuttle sideways to the sideline out of bounds

Chuck Shonta, Safety - hated by me
I remember an INT bouncing off his chest into a Chargers? player's hands for a TD and other fiascos
Made me hate American Indians for a while

Well yourself and @maust knew what I meant... I'm sure there would have been a correction at some point from we know who.. BTW where the F is archstanton543????

The way I heard it, he was originally dropped on this planet to attain the proper level of curmudgeonly seasoning. Having finally achieved it the mother ship swung round and picked him up.

I knew Bruschi didn't retire in 90, so I figured a typo.

Shaq Mason great/loved
Gary Guyton bad/loved
Scott Sisson bad/ loved

I'm contractually obligated to stick up for my fellow Ga Tech Yellow Jackets.
