Not you Steve. You're right up there with Australopithecus. You know, aside from the GIF thing.

Still a classless move. You obviously have no idea what level of a ball buster Vrabel is. He's a 100% go for the jugular type of guy. If it's not a coincidence and he's trolling, I have zero problem with it. Mayo did zero for this franchise, he was a joke as HC.
I’ve been a fan since plunkett.Still a classless move.
You must be a new fan because Mayo was a team captain and lifelong Pats player, and retired having never won another Jersey and was member of the coaching staff for years.
To say Mayo did nothing for this franchise is disrespectful. He was a terrible HC but that doesn’t negate everything he did as a MLB and defensive coach prior to becoming the HC.

Fair to good MLB, overrated. Not at all Bruschi or Hightower.
IIRC Mayo is being paid to not coach by the Patriots. He may be passionate about cashing their checks for not coaching.
Realistically he was being paid for not coaching last year too. This year he’s being paid to stay out of the way so Vrabel can coach.
Incidentally, notice how Mrs. Mayo hasn’t been in the headlines for suing Kraft? Wonder if it has anything to do with learning the checks would stop during litigation, and possibly permanently?
I wouldn't be surprised if it was Jack Black. He's in everything now so why not. They need a new Barf.
IIRC, most coaching contracts guarantee the salary but have offset clauses like many player contracts (i.e., if he coaches somewhere else, he doesn't get any extra money unless they pay him more than he was making in NE).I don't believe he's prohibited from coaching elsewhere as part of his contract settlement, that would make no sense. He just doesn't want to.
Damn right I should. This whole thing is an outrage. An outrage, I tell you. My Constitutional rights are under assault. I am the Karen Read of Pats posters. Why it's as if we are in a spell where there is nothing to talk about relating to the team, so the usual suspects keep posting all their asinine GIFs, and all I do is put out complaints about them. I am like Leonidas at Thermopylae. I am holding back the minions of Darkness. Somebody oughta start a Go Fund Me or something. Mine is an heroic quest. If you post it, you should be able to delete it.
If you can't beat 'em,. join 'em?
Your post inspires only floccinaucinihilipilification.
You learned how to use The Google.
*so proud* the little baby bird is leaving the nest.
It’s too bad you’re not trying to be funny, because the whole thing is hilarious. And since we have now abandoned thinking and literacy, here's a self-portrait by R. Crumb, aka Eliot Wolf:

Moreover, I doubt that the NFL would allow a non-compete clause at this point.
