If this draft is the work of Eliot Wolf’s grading system then

No. He said Vrabel, cowden and stretch came and helped him organize things.

I transcribed that one, this is what he said:

“I just think the whole vision for the team was really good. Not that we didn’t have that last year or with Bill previously, but there was a lot of clear communication between Vrabel and our staff. He was around a lot in our meetings. It was just a really good process.”

“Then I would say, as the guys are still working on it right now, hopefully they’re closing some of these undrafted free agent deals out, and this is on me from last year, we just didn’t have an organized enough process. And Ryan Cowden, Coach Vrabel, and Stretch really came in and helped me organize this. And I think we’re going to have a productive group.”

I honestly have no idea what Highsmith brings to the table. I’m sure it’s substantial, I just don’t know what his input is.
He is the pipeline into that Dade County talent pool from Florida.

Big time! As great as BB was in his prime.. we also lost out on at least 2 more SBs due to contracts... branch is on the top of my head... I bell Vrabel is part of the recruitment process and the lure and selling point... as you said staying out if it with agents is the best practices.
Reportedly BB wanted to keep Jakobi Meyers but the collaboration wanted Juju for his YAC ability instead… I don’t think staying out of it is smart either.

Vrabel wanted the Titans to pay AJ Brown and the GM shipped him out instead. In the words of BB about a month or so ago; “Ownership, coaching and scouts must be on the same page in order to be successful and we had that up until about the last four years in New England."

Coaches know what they want and need to win, it’s up to the GM to get them the tools they need to succeed and ownership to back them up.

Myers said BB didn't want to go up million on the contract offer... so he said LV gave him a better offer. Juju was damaged goods when we signed him.. he was still the GM amid the collaboration. Vrabel of course is involved to a degree with contracts but he's not likely negotiating with agents.. he's more selling to the players.

Exactly correct Ian. As I mentioned probably the most accurate and authentic thing wolf has said publicly IMO. Last season was just a year that was really doomed from the start.. the best thing that came out of it was Drake. He was the only reason for fans to tune in on Sundays. It's going to be important for us to get off to good starts under Vrabel. Feels like from organizational aspect we are leaps and bounds better than we were a year ago.

Show us this ^ quote?

You just erased the part where Meyers said “the Patriots” and inserted “Bill Belichick.” You lied…

More BB haterade…

Here you go... by the way BB already has cheerleader that takes his load every night he doesn't need anymore I'm sure...

Right and look at the name underneath
Bill Belichick!!!!!
Never said Bill’s name… I took that quote directly from your article. Moreover I don’t doubt Bill was the one talking to the player, he always took accountability, even when it wasn’t his mistake.

I posted the report twice above that said BB had to be talked into Juju for you. Selective hearing is a thing with haters.

Yes, I did see that. Thanks for providing. Honestly wozzy I truly believe thier was mounting dysfunction within the entire organization... Glaser played a part in this as well.. she even reported has dicension with Mayo. Hence she's gone too.

It started with Jonathan and ultimately he had total power. But either way, Vrabel wanted to pay AJ Brown and in hindsight listening to the coach and not the GM there would have been the right move.

He wanted to keep the player he discovered and developed in Meyers and was overruled.
I'm sure if he kicked in another million he'd be here... he had to pay Matty n Joe instead with it.

Blame collaboration. We saw Wolf on his own last offseason, it was a disaster.

It was... the disaster started in 2020.. post brady. We've been rebuilding since brady left.
