In hear that they have a NEP fan club there. Nashville must be a great time for nightlife and going out.

They have their own version of a bourbon street and the stadium is right there. Ladies love it for the country music scene. Good BBQ too.

Went to SB49 in Glendale vs Seattle surrounded by Seahawks fans who talked crap the entire game. I kept saying, "it's not over" but these two weebles in front of me kept up until Butler's interception and then they were gone like a flash. Never saw people waddle that fast. One Seahawks fan sat there dazed for 20 minutes after the game and I seriously thought he was going to jump from the high level. We paid $2500 but could have sold for $7000 on game day. And 4 seats were empty in front of us,
The security was very gentle as in, they apologized for having to pat you down..I wasn't used to that ( in Philly, it's kind of like you're being arrested) and walked in behind Josh Kline's family. Not too hard to figure out when 6 senior citizen are wearing his jersey. Later on saw an elderly couple wearing Ebner jerseys and they were of course his grandparents...
Coming home on Monday, there were storms delaying everything so connecting in Atlanta left us there for 8 hours. There were people walking around ATL still wearing their lanyards from the game- a game in Phoenix!!!

Went to three games in 07. Opening day versus Jets in the Meadowlands and had hot dogs and all sorts of crap thrown at me, wearing a Troy Brown jersey. Second was at Gillette versus Miami and lastly week 17 in Meadowlands. Giants fans were heads and shoulders above Jets fans. They have jobs, all their teeth and no ankle monitors. The most obnoxious person was actualy a Pats fan. Guy stood about 5'6 and was taunting Giants fan and ran back to his beefy friends when they took offense.He saw us wearing Pat's swag and tried to get friendly. We made conversation and he bragged about his cheap hotel room at a certain place. He told me where it was and I told him it was because of the mass murder there the year before but they had caught the guy or maybe they didn't. Color drained from his face as he slinked away. My son, 13 at the time knew I was lying and asked why I did it.I told him, that it how you deal with a**holes...

Went to the Pats-Eagles game in Philly a few years ago, not wearing any Pats garb and didnt cheer. Midway thru 2nd quarter guy next to me says, " I know you;re a Pats fan" asked him how and he said, "you're not cheering for the Eagles". He was pretty cool about it and I left in one piece. In the old Veteran's Stadium ( the one with the jail cellin thr basement) had the best fights in the 700 level between Eagles and Giants fans.Stadiums are only about 90 miles apart .

Seattle, 2008, my cousin was a Seahawk season ticket holder, had seats on the 50 yard line, bottom of the upper section. Seahawks fans were great, I had no issues wearing a Pat's hat and rooting for the Pat's. Had a perfect view of Merriweather's forced fumble to seal the game.

Were you at the NEP fan club in Houston? I spent a lot of time there. Houston has its own version of Bourbon Street downtown.

I went to a Pats vs Bears game in Champaign, Ill (U of Illinois) because they were renovating Soldier field. Bears fans are great to tailgate with and they're knowledgeable.

Ive heard that ND is sacred ground to see a game there. I had a buddy who graduated from Stanford and his accountant graduated from ND. Every time they played each other in football I got invited. Usually, there was an heated argument by the 1st quarter over a perceived bad call or classless gesture by ND. Stanford was typically losing. By halftime, the accountant was welcomed to leave. I figured that I was there to break the tie during an argument. I rode the fence.

I don't recall ever seeing the game till the end.

True about selling your ticket for 7k. Seahawks fans were there like ants at a picnic. They had to outnumber NE fans. They were mouthy and confident that they had this Lombardi won and 2 in a row. These dopes flooded the ticket market with money unlike NY fans who play it cool waiting for prices to drop. Day of the game a woman from Seattle paid $25,000 each for 50 yard line lowers for her and her son. More than a few Pats fans that I encountered bought tickets $3000 each through an online broker to be picked up in Phoenix. So, they booked flights, car and hotel for SB49. When it came time to receive the tickets the broker had sold them to Seahawks fans for $9000 each. They gave the 3k back to the Pats fans plus a inconvenience fee and still walked away with a tidy profit.

Ticket brokers made a fortune at SB49. The NFL could care less.

I watched the game at the Phoenix Pats fan club and got there at 7:00 am to get a seat.

I've encountered NE fans who act the same way.

They chum up to me like I have their back when it goes down. Sorry, you're own your own there numnuts. Look for trouble and you'll find trouble.

Some Giants fans are the biggest doosh nozzles out there. Probably Yankee fans when they win.

After SB42, several were outside the stadium waiting for NE fans to leave. They were taunting and yelling "Losers" and all the rest. I was heading out to leave and one NY Dbag was running his mouth. When he spotted me he ran away like a *****. So, it all makes perfect sense that Philly and NYG fans are some of the worst axxholes on earth.

I could not live in a city dealing with those MFers everyday. Driving amongst them must be the worst.

Win or lose they are always fun and don't take it to the extreme like Philly or other fans do. They chant "Green Bay Sucks" even when playing the Pats... Too funny.

Something weird happened that SB I think thousands of tickets that were supposed to be released to the brokers never did. We hadn't got our flights or hotel yet but we were part of the group who agreed to 3,000 dollar tickets only to have our broker tell us he had to change the price or refund us. I think they hooked my father up with some credit on top of the refund. I felt so bad for my best friend he hadn't gone yet this was going to be his first (he wound up coming to 51 so he still got an epic one).

And then things got really wild. I had been ignoring a cold all week. But it actually turned out to be pancreatitis. That Friday about the same time we would have been in the air I rushed to the hospital with extreme pain (I thought it was a heart attack or something). I still think if the tickets didn't fall through my adrenaline and stupidity I would have suffered through but more likely it would not have been a good thing. We wound up watching the game from my hospital room. The friend and my brother brought a big screen into the room and I was jumping on the bed like the coach in Major League 2 celebrating. Despite the opiates I was on for pain I was still yelling the Butler did it right on queue. Monday I had my Gallbladder removed. The Doctor comes in after the surgery to check on me and he says it states in your chart patient was jumping up and down on their bed and joked not to do that again.

U of Ill stadium is a mini replica of Soldier
Field. Butkus played there and Tony Champagne Eason. Champagne is the birthplace of REO Speedwagon.

There were lots of NE fans who were living in Houston and Texas.

I was there post game too. Everyone was singing Queens " We are the Champions" And, U2 Beautiful Day song was playing on a loop.

I did not make 36, but have been to NO and its a 1 of kind experience like Vegas. If you ever want to catch fish go to Port Venice, LA. When they put " Sportsmans Paradise" on their license plates they weren't kidding.

Its not that bad of a drive. Quite a bit over water until you hit Beaumont TX. Janis Joplin was born and raised in Port Arthur right by there.

nice... we flew into George Bush International, but stayed in Beaumont... my buddys sister lived there, so it worked out well for us... for 36 in New Orleans, we flew into Gulfport / Biloxi ... I used miles to buy the ticket, and couldn't get into New Orleans... we stayed outside the city though, no rooms available for the endzone denizens lol...

I missed only SB36 because of superstition and SB51 because I had just returned home from a project in Houston. I inquired about renting a condo from people that I know there, but the deal did not go through. I had just spent over 2 months in Houston and was ready to kick back like the rest of the nation and tailgate watching the game at home.

I dont regret attending a single SB or postseason game.

I too made sure not to take anything for granted and I never missed a single home game Tom Brady played in.
