I like other prospects better than Tet, but I'll actually defend him here. I've worked jobs that I didn't like but I still dedicated myself to become excellent because I want to be a responsible member of the workforce. The NFL is a job in the entertainment industry at the end of the day, not some sort of religious organization that requires buy-in and belief with all your heart and soul and mind and strength. Does he have the skills required to be a productive football player, regardless of whether or not he loves it? Yes. I hardly think this is as big a red flag as people are making it out to be.
The only real question is if he's the best available player who can help the team. I get that psychological profiles are part of a prospect's makeup, but I just can't find much reason to care about his statements when he is the most productive wide receiver in college football over the last two years.
