Not sure about that. I assume the trade would include swapping firsts with the Cowboys taking Sanders at #2. That means that either Hunter or Carter would fall to the Pats. Not sure the Giants would take Hunter over Carter. Hell, they might trade back and take a QB later in the round.

I doubt they would eat 150M in dead cap to dump Dak. They could do it as a designated post 6/1 move but, they would be eating 97M in dead cap for 2026, not sure that's even feasible.
