It’s f*cking hilarious watching all these people call for Wolf to be fired when they know that Vrabel is the one making personnel decisions. They just want to ***** and whine and don’t have the balls to blame Vrabel for their idiotic disappointment over free agency. Where the Patriots are supposed to magically make star Left Tackles and Wide Receiver signings where none exist. F*cking Eliot Wolf, why hasn’t signed Justin Jefferson and Joe Alt???? And when you ask them who they would have signed they go mute and disappear. It’s ridiculous.
It’s the persona of some posters on this forum. They’re gonna b!tch and moan no matter what. They’ll complain endlessly that we’re not spending money or not signing all-pros at every position in FA. But then when we do sign someone needed, they complain about the money or that we should‘ve sign someone else or filled a different area of need. It never ends.

It will at the very least be put on hold when (if) the Patriots sign or trade for a single impact player on offense.

Is Winston really a good pick for the “mentor” role?
When your making 4 mil a year
You better be something to get that second year

Looks like a Brissett move
Mentor for QB in draft
Where in draft we will see
That's also why I've said on here earlier that if the Giants had signed Rogers, he'd be just a placeholder and wouldn't prevent them from trading up to get a QB. Only now it's Winston instead.

I still think there’s a good chance we’ll trade for a #1 WR prior to the draft. Diggs is still a target; obviously they didn’t sign him yesterday because he’s not far enough along in his rehab. If reports are true, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if we signed him later in the spring or right before TC. If Lockett signs, he’s at best a WR2 which I’ll take, but obviously we need more. WR will be a focus in the draft.

As far as LT, there wasn’t anyone really worth a crap in FA. They were either JAGs, malcontents, old, injury prone or some combo of these. The real upgrade to V Love will happen in the draft. I think it’s fairly obvious we’re going that route for our next long term LT.

Overall, there was way more talent on the D side of the ball in this FA period, so that’s what the Pats focused on.

Guessing we are letting Ellis go to Vegas.
That sucks.

They should have announced they are matching by now.

Anyone who says there’s talent on offense are just trolling.
I am pretty sure that Hunter Henry is talented. Actually I am pretty sure you don't get to the league if you're not talented. I understand that talent in the NFL has levels but it is very annoying to listen to fans ***** about people that are much more talented than they are.

Sorry huge pet peeve because those guys have put years into their craft all for some fat **** sitting on the couch saying he has not talent and does not belong in the league. If you take offense to this then you are the fat **** that I refer.

He would be buried on the depth chart and never see the field.

Yes, like the great idea of giving Pittsburgh the 4 for George Pickens, or the demands to sign Calvin Ridley last offseason. So many incredible opportunities flying around on offense. Hell, they could have gotten 8th string Pro Bowler Dan Moore for a measly 80+ million $$$&, what a deal??? What a great way to build a winner, grossly overpay barely mediocre players because some fans are having a tantrum. You know, like the one you were having the first day of free agency. I’m sorry if that hurts you, it must have been pretty embarrassing. Kind of like pooping yourself in public I would guess. I won’t bring it up again, unless you say something stupid again, then I will, sorry, just can’t help myself.

Im sorry, but then i cant criticize any sport, or art even, bc they are "more talented" than me?

Sorry again, but **** Polk, **** Baker, **** Bourne (just a little). They are better wrs than me, but **** them.

He was one of our only bright spots on D.
He was fast to the ball and made good tackles.
he popped off the screen as someone who wasn’t part of the problem.
Wouldn’t be surprised if we regret letting him walk.

I'm pretty sure that I have better hands than Polk.
