It is only the social media stuff. Same thing as a spouse - they are in love CaptainExcept she’s Not a spouse; so…?
There do seem to be a few fans on this board who obsess over Belichick in every way they can. His choice of girlfriend is just too easy for them to ignore such low hanging fruit.I doubt that many fans who have posted on this thread are "obsessing" about Belichick and his latest girlfriend. Stuff that players, coaches, and owners do in their private lives often generates interest, particularly in the slow news off season. Kraft's visits to the Orchids of Asia being one such example.
True for both their obsession with Belichick in general, and especially anything having to do with his girlfriend.I have reached the conclusion that certain fans obsession with Bill Belichick's personal life is far more weird than his May-December romance.
Looking at this video it shows how Vrabel is a players coach
Could you see BB doing this
He would have been probably trying to date her. Ouch
I’m sure Vrabel will be a lot tougher than MayoThis is the same happy horseshit that MayoNays would’ve done last year, and that about which I don’t give a RAT’S ****ING ASS. This is a professional ****ing football team, not a ****ING DAY-CARE ****ING CENTER.

Well at least he isn't an Orchids of Asia client like his former employer. I think.
Even pedophile Jared from Subway was going after victims closer to his age than BB's chick to him.Indeed. Bill wants to intrude on our private life when he gets paid to tell us to eat at Subway and Dunkins.
If none of us knew him from football there'd still be some attention about the 72 year old ex-Subway spokesman carousing with a 24 year old cheerleader.
The folks who need to come down from Mount Pious are the ones judging other people’s relationship choice.Jeez, come down from Mount Pious already!
Sure, plus those who feel they can describe people making comments based on routine news stories as being obsessed. The folks who need to come down from Mount Pious are the ones judging other people’s relationship choice.
When it’s the same folks every time, and they can’t let a new entry in your Google results go without a post even though nobody else cares, and they’re the same posters that can’t miss an opportunity to dredge up Bill’s decisions from five years ago in every thread about Mayo and Vrabel it’s pretty obvious it’s obsession.Sure, plus those who feel they can describe people making comments based on routine news stories as being obsessed.
Type BB's name into Google and you get:
[…much clickbait…]
Sure, you get his bio off to the side, but the main page is just this stuff, which is just good old fashioned gossip.
To me there's a difference between routine gossip and obsession, yet some seem to feel they're the same thing.

Even routine gossip can be obsessive when it’s always saying the same thing about the same topic.
I like trolling the trollersIf nobody else cares then there's no problem, right?
As the old saying goes, don't feed the trolls.
Ian has given us at least three if not more ways to ignore stuff you don't like.
Block them and move on, sooner or later they'll disappear, more than likely.
That's been my experience here.
