Absolutely spot on! I for one didn't take into full account just how much coaching matters in the NFL. I never want to relive a season like 2024. Each time Vrabel speaks the guys exudes confidence, direction and untilmate leadership.

The fact landry came off his vacation with his family.. came into the facility to meet coaches, players and front office staff shows his commitment as a player and leader. It shows what type of players Vrabel wants.
I know it's very early but I'm starting to feel this way...

I don't understand the need to report the agent. It's like one big ***********. No one gives a ****. Literally no one is filling stadiums to see Drew freakin' Rosenhaus ink a deal.

The other thing ... "reported by me and ______" again, no one gives two flying fekks. No one buys a ticket to see Shefty or any of these other ****s tweet. Self important sanctimonious BS.

Rant over. Good morning everyone!

Trying to hop on the gravy train. We shall see how year 2 shakes out for Daniels. I still don't trust his body type, not at all.
Sand here.

I think defenses also had a year to wafch him.

Prediction is last in the East.

Watched the presser on my iPad in the background while working (love WFH, was able to accomplish a lot in the foreground while listening to this). General impressions/ takeaways:

- Wolf says he’s been after Davis for years all the way back to draft day in Cleveland where he was overruled. Seemed most happiest to get this signing done. Also emphasized that Matt Groh is handling a lot of the contract work now.

- Vrabel is an interesting dude, really combines current day thought processes (talking about being “intentional” with what they’re doing) with old school styles. Joking with the press like Parcells — he seems to definitely have some relationship with Karen Gueregian (not saying romantic, just a relationship) because he always picks her first and jokes with her the most. Knows how to answer questions without answering them. Said it was completely intentional that these guys had prior relationships with coaches and GM — said it would be criminal not to take their input into account after viewing the tape.

- Carlton Davis, he was really very impressed by Vrabel from past meetings and loved Terrell Williams. Reading between the lines I think that’s what brought him here.

- Morgan Moses — holy cow, that guy is a Leader with a capital L. Servant leader too, willing to listen to others. I can’t begin to tell you how impressed with him I was. He’ll be a team captain. Hope he can still play well.

- Robert Spillane is a weird dude, in a good way. Talking about spatial visualization techniques to help field awareness. Has a happy go lucky vibe about him, but is clearly a football nut who’s a momma’s boy. He’ll be a fan favorite — what Chase Winovich was supposed to be.

- Milton Williams is here for the money. But tried to emphasize it in the Jerry McGuire “quan” sense, that he was here because he really felt the Patriots respected him. Vrabel’s told him he will be playing more than with the Eagles and is excited about it.

- Kraft is really mentally declining. Sad to see, like how I saw with my Dad. Started off again mentioning how hard it was to let Mayo go but felt it was the right thing to do.

100% agree about Moses, his leadership was extremely apparent. I loved every single thing he said.

With Spillane - dude plays like a maniac on the field and seemed a maniac at the podium too. Definitely programmed a little different upstairs but clearly it helps him do what he does, no complaints from me

Blown away my Moses as a leader, didn’t know how impressive a guy he is.

With the massive holes growing on the offensive line it’s hard to believe #4 is going to be anything other than OL. Moses will be a great mentor for Campbell and whoever else they draft .

Moses called out how much Tyron Smith taught him last year, Smith is still available. It would be neat to bring them both on. But LT in the draft would still be a high priority.

I think this actually makes a lot more sense than Cam Robinson, but it sounds like they're still trying to make a deal with Robinson first.

Agree to disagree. It’s fine. Marvin Harrison refused to run last year. It means nothing. I think A 4.6 time would make McMillan a 1,000 yard receiver with his skill set. only time will tell. Nobody truly knows, including nfl GMs

Harrison actually asked the GMs at the top of the draft if they needed to seem him do anything, they all told him no.

Makes sense as Robinson can actually be a multi-year guy for them if it all works out. Whereas Smith is just plugging a hole for 1 year, and may not stay healthy.
