Kinda like Spillane the few times I saw the Raiders play. May be a nice get.
Seems like he will be missed by Raiders fans.

That math doesn't look right. How does the Mass. athlete lose more when prompted playing out of state for half the games?
Maybe AI is doing the math on its fingers.
yes, FL teams have an unfair advantage. The league should try to balance that out somehow, not a competitive situation.Per ChatGPT:
Final Comparison
Player State Income Take-Home Pay X Florida $60M $37.58M Y Massachusetts $80M $42.92M
Even though Player Y earns $20M more, the higher Massachusetts state tax significantly reduces their advantage. Player Y only takes home $5.34M more than Player X, despite earning $20M more.
Conclusion:
- Florida's no state income tax is a huge advantage for high earners.
- Massachusetts' new 9% tax on millionaires makes a significant impact.
- Player Y's effective tax rate is 46.35%, while Player X's is 37.37%.
Again, cut that in half because they're taxed where they play and they play half of their games in other states.
Sure. Let's just say for rough math case, it was actually somewhere between $5-$10 million more. I'm not sure it was really the tax. I think he just gave the Bucs a hometown discount to stay and it's hard to say what the money amount more it was going to take to get him to leave.Yup, noticed that too.
I'll need Godwin's contract details and what the Pats actually offered....then put that all in ChatGPT....
But bottom line....MA millionaire tax hurts....and we need to offer roughly 30% more just to make it up...

I mean, yes, that's hyperbolic. But you know how this works. Big signings go almost immediately on the first day, and after that, it's all tier 2 and below.45 minutes into free agency:
"They're doomed"
"Going 4-13 again"
"Top 5 pick"
Jesus
If it helps, it’s all from the same poster.45 minutes into free agency:

Lol.Glad to see cooler heads prevailing here
So, we would need a team's schedule the next 3-4 years as well to have an accurate analysis as well...Not really half. Because they play 2 of those away in NY every season, and New York is a real ***** when in comes to income taxes as well. So at least 10 of their 18 games are played annually in states with basically the highest incomes taxes in the country.
I hate that our media paints us in such a bad light it makes people not want to come.
Maybe we need a better pitch guy than Eliot Wolf, I always felt a GM should be a guy who can call and sound like your BF,
Wolf reminds me of the guy you would avoid if you bumped into him out in public.

Tier 2 signings are fine if they turn out to be productive players.I mean, yes, that's hyperbolic. But you know how this works. Big signings go almost immediately on the first day, and after that, it's all tier 2 and below.
Yes its early. But this franchise is barreling toward another top 5 pick.
This is what “aggressive” looks like to Wolf Vrabel and Kraft.
Loser organization for 6 years now
Afraid to take any risks
Look at what the Bears have done. Rebuilt their entire OL already
