It is crazy after they had the 6th highest scoring offense in the league (27.8 PPG) and still only won nine games and they seem to be more concerned with placating their QB by keeping his two WRs rather than improving the defense.

Maxx Crosby f’ed the Bengals because the promised to make Chase the highest paid non-QB in the league and Crosby is getting $35.5 million a year. And Higgins is going to command not a heck of a lot less.

Let them. If we take care of business and are successful in the rebuild, we'll sweep aside the Bengals when that time comes. Because they'll have the QB and 2 WR's, but damned if I know how they'll be able to keep any other players that will give them an OL, DL, and just a Defense in-general.

Pretty much! Even then, eventually not having an OL someday because you can't pay them will bring that average PPG total down.
