I think you have it dialed. I think Baker has a 10 cent head and he's gonna struggle with JMcD's system. Polk likely will have a huge turnaround, huge being a relative turn. He starts at zero. He's been horrible with horrible coaching. Now he will at least be coached well, and may be a capable NFL receiver. I don't think he is ever going to be great, but he may be a serviceable NFL player. Boutte has a real opportunity to shine here now, as does Pop, knowing how slot WRs excel in this system. To your point, Gibson is already here, so the role of James White / Kevin Faulk is filled.
They are already better. Get two WRs to bolster the room and fix the line, and they'll be a professional NFL offense.
