The only thing that mildly concerns me with the staff picks is there isn't anyone who has worked with Josh before. Might not be a bad thing either....

I was thrilled to hear about what Josh did last year, spending time working with KC among others, both pro and college teams.
He has expanded his offensive repertoire.
Can't wait to see it. But we need some players on ol and wr.
Most anticipated Pats season in years.

These are the minority coaches on Vrabel's 2025-2026 staff:

Thomas Brown (TE/Passing Coordinator. Former interim HC)
Ashton Grant (QB coach)
Tony Dews (RB coach)
Chuckie Keeton (Offensive assistant)
Terrell Williams (DC)
Scott Booker (Safeties coach)
Justin Hamilton (CB coach)
Clinton McMillan (D-Line coach)
Kevin Richardson (Defensive assistant)
Milton Patterson (Defensive assistant)

If any of these guys ends up being a head coach, we will get a comp 3rd round pick in two consecutive years.

Alonzo Highsmith is the only minority in our front office. If we lose one of our coaches (to be a HC) AND Highsmith (to be GM), we then get a 3rd round comp pick for three consecutive years.

Hmmmm....

I like it...McDaniels will be around to provide continuity...and we can get comp 3rds if any of these guys lands a HC/GM job.

With the recent news about the removal/de-emphasizing of the "End Racism" slogan, I'm thinking these Rooney rule related policies are about to go the way of the dodo.

Personally I come here to talk Patriots agree with some views disagree with come views, but we all are fans of the same team we all want respect and a winning team we can be proud of. Some of us are more emotionally involved than others I am that type of fan. I want to know who’s opening the doors for the players in the morning. And who picks out their cleats, but I’m a psycho.
That being said I don’t have a problem nor a love for any poster on this online board what someone says about my views and I’m sure vice versa wont hit my bank account.

That being said Go Patriots and we are all Patriot Fans.

I have no doubt Krafty Bob was thrilled with Vrabel's choice. McDaniels is one of 'his' guys for sure, evidenced not just by his high praise but the high value of Josh's contract after walking away from the Dolts. Talk is cheap, nothin' says love like a big fat.. contract.
