Their pace is very fast but they still have a very long way to go.Mahomes is in his prime now.
If KC wins next Sunday, Mahomes and Reid are the new GOATs.

The ratings will be just as high for any other Super Bowl. The people who most complain about the NFL and call for boycotts all watch anyway.Huge boycott call happening . heard over multiple social media streams.
Thought prices were up to $10k? They dropped? The ticket prices are legitimately half of what they were last years. Nobody seems content spending $4k (minimum) for a seat to see the same old song and dance.
Adjusted for inflation these tickets are about what they were in 2015.
Front row balcony $3200Thought prices were up to $10k? They dropped?
Everyone is sick of the Chiefs.Front row balcony $3200
If the field wasn't a hot mess last time I think the Iggles would have beat the Chiefs...and that was before they had Barkley. I think this game is going to won in the trenches and I think the Iggles will win there.I think this Super Bowl will come down to two primary things for Eagles… A)Will Hurts choke or make a catastrophic mistake (or is his knee injury going to be a factor) and B) Will Philly kicker be able to make a clutch kick under pressure (ie to win or tie the game)
Mahomes is a winner and can get it done under pressure. If I was a betting man I would bet that Hurts would choke or create a turnover before Kermit.
Butker has been extremely consistent….especially under pressure….
I think it comes down to the final few plays like LAST SB between the 2…..can Hurts make the clutch plays when he has to!? Can their kicker make the game winner under pressure…..that could be the difference!
Right now you can easily find cheap seats in the low $3,000's, but note that is the price BEFORE you put them in your cart and check out. You'll have an extra grand in fees so realistically you're putting out $7,500 for a pair (right now).Thought prices were up to $10k? They dropped?
I think the phrase "Sports makes money." captures the spirit of the time more than "Sports builds character."I am probably a weird fan. I'm a Pats fan and have been one since they were the Boston Patriots. When it was NFL/AFL, I was also, like many people, a Packers fan. Ray Nitschke was my favorite player.
Beyond that, I don't really follow the league. I don't gamble. When a team is going to be a Pats' opponent, i study up on them. When the game is over, I forget about them.
I used to follow the Bruins back in the 70's: listened on the radio to Bob Wilson's best-ever calls of the games. Now I don't pay attention to hockey at all. I have never followed the NBA much. I probably tuned into a few games to see MJ or Larry Bird, but that was about it. I used to watch Dr. J in the ABA. I had never seen anybody play like that. For the most part, particularly nowadays, the NBA just looks like lousy basketball, played with effort maybe 10% of the time by guys many of whom are just not the sort of people I can root for. I'd rather watch a good high school game. I go a few times a season. I live near my Alma Mater, so every so often I go to a college hockey game.
I probably won't watch the SB. I don't want either team to win.
In the back of my mind, relevant to all this, it seems to me that once upon at time, there was some truth to the saying,"Sports builds character." I just don't see that any more, which makes watching sports, even at times the Patriots, sort of a guilty pleasure.
Maybe in a few years' time I won't be a fan of any of it. We'll see.
It certainly seems so. In my mind, this ought very much to put in question the appropriate role, if any, for elaborate interscholastic team sports in our educational system both at the college level and K-12. I worked in education for 35 years. I saw little if any educational benefit to such programs for the educational or personal development of students. It was fine entertainment for parents and alumni, but what, from an educational perspective, does that matter? Let the parents brag about their kid's calculus grade rather than about his or her ability to kick a ball around. Let the alumni pay for their own entertainment.I think the phrase "Sports makes money." captures the spirit of the time more than "Sports builds character."
I read an article on this and it had several quotes ( I did not watch the press conference). He said its ridiculous theory but does the clown ever come out and say it simply not true? I cant wait for this guy to be gone already.Roger Goodell: Officials favoring Chiefs a "ridiculous theory"
Goodell called the league's officials "outstanding" at his Super Bowl press conference.www.nbcsports.com
LMAO
Hunt is averaging 3.5 YPC. Thats all you need. Plus, Mahomes is mobile and not a fumbler like Hurts who has coughed it up 9 times.KC has no run game and certainly not against Eagles.
His hands will be full just trying to slow down the KC pass. Will allow Fangio to completely focus on pass and heavy pass rush.
As he has all season.Mahomes will see a lot of pressure.
They will score and like all opponents they will leave Mahomes too much time to drive and win it or Philly will choke trying to come back.Chiefs will need to focus on short passing game and long drives.
What do you mean? Roger Goodell always tells the truthI read an article on this and it had several quotes ( I did not watch the press conference). He said its ridiculous theory but does the clown ever come out and say it simply not true? I cant wait for this guy to be gone already.
