Greatest Superbowl of all time.

the leagues most current dynasty confronted by the defending Superbowl champs trying to take our place at the throne.

And this one lived up to every bit of its hype as in the final minute after what already had been an amazingly contested game came down to the NFL's greatest play ever.

I was on that side of the field, ready to accept a heartbreaking loss. The greatest single sports moment of my life- can't believe it's been a decade.
I was in a hospital with Pancreatitis. My gall bladder would be removed a day later. This was basically me except I was yelling the Butler did it.

I was at a friend’s house. As soon as Wilson threw the pass, I turned my back after I saw the WR with a clear path only for my friend to yell “he picked it off”!

Despite how many bodies were around Malcolm and all the chaos, you could tell instantly that he did pick it off. Has to be the most dramatic split-second of any SB in history.

From start to finish that’s a top three Super Bowl ever with a justifiable argument for the best. It was an insult great games. Both teams balled out. Superstars were superstars and the JAGs stepped up at almost every chance they had

I missed our first three Super Bowl victories. I saw us lose in 07. I saw us lose in 2011. This was the first of three Super Bowl victories I got to watch and let me just tell you, I was so happy when we won

The early years were my favorite as the NFL competition as a whole was very good.

Pats were the feel good story and underdogs in 2001. Brady was an unknown and the controversy around Bledsoe losing his job.

Lawyer Milloy was a controversial release and the 31-0 ass kicking got Tom Jackson saying "they hate their coach". After a 2-2 start, they won 12 straight. Their defense was insane and the best of the Belichick era by far.

2004 would've picked up where 2003 left off if it weren't for injuries in the secondary. Corey Dillon coming over in a trade was a welcomed surprise and transformed the offense.

By 2005, both the media and fans got tired of the Pats and they became the evil empire.

I had kicked the tv off the stand when the "catch" off the boot happened. Three fking Superbowls in a row that we get fkd overby a catch out of this universe.
By the time I had set the TV up again, they were fighting in the end zone after the penalty that was called. I was looking for the score to see my fears confirmed and that we were behind.
W...T...F.. WTF Happened.

I was off-the-grid in training while in the Army and didn't hear the results until the next morning from the cadre. I finally went back and watched it months later and, even knowing what happened, still couldn't believe it was possible as I was watching it. What a game...

Talk about sacrifice! Hero!

Thank you, truly, but I'm just a regular dude. You'll find the heroes are usually the ones who never got to come back home...some truly great men among those who fell.

That’s what they all say.

This and the immaculate teception are by far the 2 most jaw dropping plays in NFL history.
Unlike the immaculate reception this was actukally in closing seconds of SB.
Has to be the single most impactful play in NFL history.
Thank You Malcom.
