Also i will not do any research whatsover, will not watch any videos and google no one

but i will fight all you LOSERS wanting defense on the 1st round

Good night
Assuming you are not being entirely serious and are just poking the bear to get a reaponse so i will go equally over the top in my example. If you had the choice of micah parson, aaron donald, drake london, or isiah wynn who are you picking? Because thats the problem with doing no research and not getting at least a general idea of who is available and where they are worth drafting. The best WR this year wouldnt have been drafted top 20 last year. The best LT might not have been a first rounder. None of the best offensive players at positions of need are worth a top 5 pick. IF they trade down to pick 6 thru 10 and get an extra 2nd that might be worth it but picking at 4? Has to be the DE or DT no questions asked.

OK, let’s ignore everything else and just look at how McDaniels’s offenses performed without Brady.

2008Patriots7th
2009Broncos20th
2010Broncos20th
2011Rams32nd
2020Patriots23rd
2021Patriots10th
2022Raiders15th
2023Raiders27th
Alarming

JMD has a lot to prove when he comes back. His name doesnt have any luster left after the Raiders disaster and Adams talking trash about him. I’m hoping that added more drive for him this year to be innovative
McDaniels is known as a buffoon and clown around the entire NFL outside of Foxboro. We put up with him when we had Brady because we won. He's never had success without Brady as his QB.

C'mon Ray we could say the same about BB. We are going to get Good Players in FA and the Draft: I think Josh is going to do great: we don't ever have to worry about him ever getting a HC gig again. Josh will be here forever get use to him.

Lets go

If we take our regression at least partly from the coaching staff, our defense should improve naturally. Plus with White and Barmore (still), I think we at least have a foundation

Foundation which does not exist on offense. Arguably, not one guy there is even above average. Not even Maye right now. People are so enamored with his boundless potential that the present is being offuscated. He is not there yet and he might not scratch the ceilling of his potential this next year, and thats ok.

You know what would help him do that in year 2? Having GREAT (or at least above freaking average) players around him.

OT and especially WR command rivers of money nowadays. We are going to need to start drafting these guys well yo keep a great core long-term. Why not start with the Blue-est chip we can, at #4? I really like McMillan's size, but I will be good with Hunter if indeed he is this world-breaker some seem to think he is

Defense doesnt win championships anymore
I am a huge fan of Tet and Banks as well. I just don’t see the value of them at 4 when Carter and Graham are there. Would I be upset with any of them, hell no. Tet might hit the combine and light the **** er on fire and prove a value at 4. When I see Abdul Carter, I’m thinking Micah Parsons. But I will be happy with whomever is picked….probably

Outside of Foxboro he's only been a HC, which is a different skill set that's not his forte. This is true of many coordinators who try head coaching.

In Foxboro he's only been an OC, leading a prolific offense to 3 rings and multiple other SB's and AFCC games, not to mention success with many QB's other than Brady. McDaniels is perfect for this job.

I've noticed the past few OC's have been paid by other teams. M.P by Detroit. AVP by Cleveland. McDaniels by Vegas.

Is this the best guy or the cheapest?

With Mac F*cking Jones.

But yeah he never had success without Brady.

It really comes down to what they do with personnel, first and foremost. If they restore the offense to a respectable talent level to go with what looks like a very solid young QB, I'm pretty confident that McDaniels will do fine with it. Is he the absolute best candidate ahead of any hot shot up and comer we could have hired? Idk, maybe not. But I'm pretty confident that if given good talent he'll have us playing good enough offense to compete.

Overall, I feel very confident we're going to have the coaching and QB play to get back to competing for the playoffs if they figure out the rest of the roster. If they continue to put together crap teams, then it won't work. And yeah, maybe it's possible that the coaching and QB play doesn't end up good enough to actually get over the top in the playoffs and compete for SBs again, but I feel confident that it will be solid enough to make us a competitive team again with the right pieces.

Still need a solid D to go with a top offense now. It will probably take two years to turn things around.

It's very good. Nothing wrong with oatmeal. I do the minute oats and add dried fruit, raisins, etc. I stay away from the bag oatmeal. Tons of sugar.

I've never been a cream of wheat.

Grits done right are excellent- just add salt, gravy and sausage lol.
I know. I was kidding. We buy organic rolled oats, 50 pound at a time, and my wife and I both have oatmeal most mornings, with almond milk, fruit at times, and a dash of cinnamon. Sometimes I'll have fried kippers with an egg. My vegan wife hates that since she is strongly pro-herring.

I think that's about right. The roster is just awful, particularly in positions which are difficult and expensive to fill.

But we have the QB and a professional coaching staff, so progress seems actually possible, and that in an entirely new state of affairs.

I know his year (2011) as the Ram's OC is forgettable but he wasn't the head coach.

Josh gets a mulligan on that stop.
