Well, the only other reported interviews were black coaches. They need to make it at least seem like they ran a more thorough search than the HC interviews. It ended up being basically the same thing, you had the couple Rooney Rule interviews, the one white guy, and then the hire.

Again, not true. Brady in the last 10 years was very, very quick to dismiss a younger reciever when in his younger years he wouldn't have.

I have heard that McD has been revamping his offense to adapt to the modern NFL player. Vrabel doesn't hire him if he isn't right for the job period. Plus he will be here for at least 5 years or more because this is where he tops out at. OC.

Why didn't he revamp it when he was coaching the Raiders?

Did he decide ill wait a few years sucking with one of the worst offenses in the league till i get fired then i might modernize my offense?
