Schefter on ESPN says Mayo “leaning towards” fired

If he’s gonna can him, I don’t think Kraft will do it on Monday. Seems like something Kraft would find classless and we all know how much that man cares about perception. With that being said, how long before we find out Mayo’s fate? Any guesses? Tuesday?

I'm dreaming of a Mayo firing.
(But preparing for a massive letdown)

He inherited Parcells and won the Power Bowl with Brady getting drafted. He's been a fraud the whole time.

You do it asap, you don’t play games you function like a normal team that sucks and you get out there and find your next HC by conducting interviews asap.

Mayo going for the win when the #1 pick was in our grasp is clearly against the best interests of the team. He should be FIRED for that on the spot. Kraft needs to give him his walking papers after the game.

You can’t expect a coach or players to tank, they get paid on performance, so it hurts them when they go looking for their next job. A GM or Owner can help tank a season, as Pollian did when the Colts were Sucking for Luck. They had the worst QB room in the league, and MacDaniels cut Danny Kannell, who was their starter, so Tebow could start without fear of his back up retaking the job. The Colts had first short at Lanell, who would have improved them at least enough to win a couple of games, but Pollian passed, and stuck with his ****ty QB room.

Look at the bright side, Wolf drafted 2 QB’s who look like they can play in this league, so Milton could get them a decent pick in a year or two.

I’m done with football if Mayo is back next season.

That depends on if he wants Vrabel. If he does then he needs to act quickly to get him in the building as soon as possible.

This is the most idiotic thing that keeps getting parroted. We just watched the Bills openly throw the game.

Mayo isn’t ready to be an NFL coach. Exactly what everybody was worried about at the beginning of the season has proven true.

Maybe someday he has a spot on the NFL, but it’s not now.

He can’t coach here next year or he’s dead in the water for the future. Fire him and he can sign on as a defensive assistant, LB coach and hopefully get some experience.

But it’s a travesty if he’s here next season

Is that what you think will happen though?
