It’s tough because you have to separate the guy from the resume.
I don’t have the insight to know how is following and who is innovating.
I like Johnson because we know he built that offense not Campbell.
Wes Phillips would be in my list. From a football family. Coached in a lot of good offensive systems, doing well in Minnesota. 45 years old is about the right age I think.
Wouldn’t mind trying to lure Kirby smart here.

But again the most important part is the mentality, vision and culture they want to embrace

Hypocritical would be the right word. And the point is Ohio regularly has better players than most college programs but you find him interesting and you hate BB because players > coaches.

Day has had excellent rosters and won nothing yet somehow he gets a pass from your players > coaches analysis. I think that stance would be obvious but clearly you don't even believe what you say enough to even understand the correlation and it's just about the fact you don't like Bill and never have.
